    Electro looks stupid and Jamie Foxx ruins almost everything. The only decent movies he has been in that I can think of are Law Abiding Citizen and Django Unchained.

    Maybe the star means to start any event you choose, just a location for various game modes.

    No, but you could get into the yard and shit, and there was an important mission that takes place there. That's interaction to me.

    I believe so since they are shown on the right-hand character wheel. From what I gather they are active doing something else for this mission so you are able to switch to them. We saw in the helicopter Brad-napping (and previews for it) that if they are flashing that is a hint to switch to them. That means it will require at least 3 playthroughs to get the full experience out of the missions.
