    I just witnessed someone have a bounty placed on them. The price literally extended halfway across my screen. Shortly afterwards, I was given a hefty sum of cash. I proceeded to poop myself a little and leave the game. I don't know what to do next.

    Holy shit. Every time I die in SP, I see a brief flicker of whatever character died, floating in a hospital interior with beds, curtains, carts, etc. I always thought I was just seeing things, but wow.

    Either the folks you're listening to are full of shit, or the folks responsible for the bounties are modders.

    That shit works for folks that didn't buy the CE. You can get a Hotknife, Khameleon, and Carbon RS using a similar method.
