I didn't mind that bit. It was a first attempt at giving players a proper choice and I think that while it was underwhelming it was solid. I do expect more in regards to planning and choices in future SP installments. Someone here noted that different players will have different objectives during heists so I'm looking forward to seeing what they come up with but they really have to get it right after all the messing around they've done.

They'd better be out before Christmas and they'd better be awesome. I enjoyed the heist idea in SP but they were on fairly easy, especially the final one (I basically had no police attention). I'd love a heist that actually requires thought and patience rather than go from A to B, sneak in, take something, kill some cops, flee the scene and you're done.

It's all good, I understand this. I'd love to join but I'm back at home with family so even though it's a 9am start for me I have kids to look after on Tuesdays. It's a shame that Smee and I are the only regular Aussies here on PS and even I'm having trouble getting on at the moment.

What's worrying is they don't know what the malfunction is. Still I'd wait till both consoles have released worldwide before making a judgement. Regardless of what issues are present on launch both consoles will be fantastic consoles. As big a fanboy as BlackSox is, you have to disregard the Amazon reviews for now. Most people will place a negative review before they place a positive review. This is because if they enjoy the product they are busy enjoying the product and if they don't, they feel the need to warn people. There are exceptions of course with people genuinely interested in helping other people with their purchase decisions as well as teenagers who by and large, just want to be heard (no disrepect intended to those here). There will be some Xbox fans who create fake accounts to poorly rate the PS4 but the amount of people will be negligible. At the end of the day, you can't reasonably believe that 25% of people are dissatisfied with either console. As for the better console, Qd is spot on: the console with the lower specs will dictate the quality of games we receive. Because of this, any discussion on specs relating to games (services, streaming and video/music may be a different story) is irrelevant. Finally, both consoles will have issues on launch, some minor and potentially some major. Hussain is right in saying both consoles need to be available worldwide before proper judgment can be made. The launch consoles won't be the final versions of each and what you get on launch may not be the day-to-day console you get in the middle-to-end of the cycle. I will be buying a PS4 not because it's the better console but because it's the better console for me. I've had every PS since the original, never had one until 2-3 years after launch and this time around will probably be the same. I'll be happy with my purchase just like Xbox One buyers will be happy with theirs.

They should do it like RDR where it's an accumulated thing giving people the chance to be good sports if they fuck up once or twice or they could even aspire to be bad sports. I think if they went down this route though they'd have to perhaps colour code players on a map so those who want to dl stay away from bad sports babe the opportunity to do so but can move around the map freely near good sports knowing they most likely won't get killed for doing so. They could add rewards for killing bad sports or even bad sports evading being killed.
