  1. ^ The weight gain is less important. I was thinking more hair cuts, tattoo's, etc.. But to be honest, so long as there's more than GTA IV, I don't mind.
  2. I'm pretty shocked there's been such a backlash to be honest. Why would there be gangbanging a-la early 90's LA in the modern day LA. The criminal culture has changed, and R* have reflected that. But saying that, I'm not sure whether or not I'm too happy about the multiple protagonists. I feel like it may ruin the character development and player involvement with the world, perhaps making it feel a little detatched, like other openworld games. Also, it seems to have come at some cost - i.e. limited character customisation, no property purchasing, etc... But who knows, R* have yet to let me down, and I'm sure they won't start now. We'll soon find out either way. Also, is anyone else a bit confused by their mention of the detailed ocean floor? I don't really see how that's interesting or important in anyway? I think that'd we'd all prefer to have property purchasing, as opposed to a detailed coral reef to look at. But meh :/
  3. Well standard map-packs are normally 800 MSP, big expansions are normal 1200 MSP, so I think it's in the region of $3 ish.
  4. Undead nightmare is only 400MSP at the moment. Worth picking up?
  5. I think there's a topic covering this already, here. I for one loved the TV shows, I watched every thing on there a good few times. Some of the stuff was hilarious, particularly the news updates about terrorism and Republican Space Rangers. But some of it was a bit week, I wasn't too impressed with the anime they made. Edit: Brian beat me to it.
  6. Welcome! The question is; Unionist? or Separatist? Kifflom Correct answer.
  7. Badman is a hero. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SurUORtU86s
  8. It's probable that they've just updated the model, as mentioned. Although, they could have created a few different police cars just to ad a sense of realism?

  10. How did that come about? A stag night, drink driving, and a shrimp salad.
  11. Samurai <- As a result of my teenage obsession with Japanese culture. Tbag <- Because I'm British. British people love tea. Mind you, I don't use Samurai_tbag for anything other than this anymore, I'm now known as Dem Shrimp, don't ask how that came about.
  12. I'm reading 'The Shot' by Philip Kerr. About halfway through, and so far it's a really good read.
  13. I agree that all the perks are dumb, but the aiming is my main point. It's (if anything) easier to kill people in Call of Duty because the have less health than in CS, but as a lover of realism you should be all over that. I played CS GO for the first time the other day, having never really played previous CS games to a serious extent - I was immediately at the top of the player list, and I'm not your 10th prestige FPS fanboy, in fact, I don't really play FPS's aside from RB6 Vegas and BF3. People say how hard it is, and it's much easier than CoD, aiming has nothing to do with that. The aiming probably just makes the game feel unpolished and archaic. Lets just hope Halo 4 has iron sights, otherwise I won't be buying it.
  14. I really hope we don't play as two characters. That would really dislocate the story and character building.
  15. I'd much rather play a hispanic guy than another white guy. III, VC, LCS, IV and TLAD where all white guys. It's not much, but the guy climbing the truck seems to have the same shirt as the guy parachuting, and they seem to have a similar skin tone. I guess it's the same guy. He also appears to be the guy driving the car. I wonder what Rockstar have in store, many screenshots seem to feature Ned Luke yet others feature other common characters. Will definitely be interesting to see. White guys are better criminals, that's why. All the best protagonists were white guys. Luis was a gimp and CJ was awful.
