  1. You're probably right, not shitty enough to be on the list. But I'm getting pissed off by anyone who mentions the game in passing just for the attention, since there's nothing official to report at the moment.
  2. http://www.mcvuk.com/news/read/battlefield-evolved-and-dark-knight-rises-games-appear-in-retail-sch/092536 MCV saying vaguely that GTAV will be released in autumn 2012. For no particular reason.
  3. Agreed. Boats always seem scarce when you really need one.
  4. That was one advantage of all the safe houses in SA - I kept specific cars in each garage, so if you needed a certain vehicle it was already stashed somewhere. That was easier than trolling the right part of town in hopes of finding a certain bike, truck etc., just cause the map was so huge.
  5. I hear ya, that happened to me last week, we're just saying that if you're free during the window, you'd be welcome.
  6. It drove me nuts, so I looked around until I found it in Options. It was a huge relief, they always seem to call at the worst time.
  7. You never know what time they will show up. It doesn't mean you won't be free at the time of the match.
  8. For some reason, I had a hard time with the mission on Zero's roof where you had to shoot the RC planes with a minigun. It took me forever, maybe I finally changed the sensitivity settings or something, I did pass it in the end.
  9. I know everyone complains about that, but I always just turn the phone off as soon as the character loads.
  10. In my opinion, there is a line where it crosses over into too much realism, and it's not fun anymore. This has come up in other posts too, people wanting features that are too Sims-like.
  11. See, your natural instincts have kicked in already.
  12. Okay, they would have an appreciation of your theatrical nature, they are not inhibited about sex and as long as you find a bright one, the mind games could be mutually satisfying. Some of them are wacked out.
  13. You should date actresses. Seriously.
  14. Carpet, rug, curtains, drapes, yeah we say that in Canada too.
  15. If there are serious upgrades to health or special unlockables, then it's worth it to do those sometimes tedious emergency vehicle missions...I loved being fireproof, it was awesome getting up to 6 stars and they couldn't get close to you because of the flames from endless stream of molotovs.
  16. The other characters only appear during a mission, the rest of the time you are free to do as you wish, but alone. I don't see them creating a "having breakfast" minigame just so your relative/roommate has a reason to spawn. I mean, it would have been cool to shoot some pool with someone in Playboy X's apartment, but the primary reason for safehouses is to save, change clothes, collect weapons etc, and have a quiet place away from missions. What kind of interaction would you want with a NPC at a safehouse? Hot coffee, watching TV, reading the paper...I'm not sure I see the point.
  17. More helis are always a good thing, but I'm not sure I agree that they are hard to find in multiplayer, they're a lot easier to find than in normal gameplay. And getting shot just as you're about to do something is par for the course in multiplayer.
  18. Life came up or I would have been there for match A. Will try again next Monday.
  19. Should be on the shit list, if it isn't already.

I was suggesting some possible trophies of battle that could be on display, didn't realize a historical accuracy test was involved.
  21. Maybe some shrunken heads, ears, teeth and scalps on display?
  22. Rockstar wallpaper on desktop and tablet.
  23. Then I'd say auto-aim off, but don't really care either way.
  24. Agree with all of that, I was not ready for the story to be over when it ended. (and I hate that tower defense game, it's horridly limited.) Still have to do the Desmond sequences. Each game progressively tweaked small things and cranked other details up,so the gameplay felt like each one was a new and improved version over the one before.
