    Making text move is one thing. Creating 3D text or other custom objects is another. The objects themselves take plenty of time to create (yes, there are programs to make easy 3D text) then animating it just right before adding shine and other crap to make it look "cool". Hell, picking the right colors can be a pain. It's a good amount of work. There are free programs to do 3D objects with but I couldn't tell you how good they are. Each takes time to learn too. Just some things to consider. (correct section btw)

    From Sony's pre-gamescom conference: Red Dead Redemption is coming to PS+ as the Game of the Month for September. Appears to only be the EU PS+ at this time. Hopefully the US gets it too.

    How do you sleep, between air traffic from Liberty, LaGuardia, and JFK? Jesus, I'd go nuts. It's not really loud. Maybe if you live in the middle of nowhere it would stand out but not around here. Hell, I love leaving my windows open in the city. Even with all the people/cars on the streets below I still sleep fine. Anyway, whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com will probably return to GTA V too.

    Depending on weather conditions contrails can hold up pretty well. I live near three major airports. I see them all the time. They don't disappear in 10 minutes.

    Microsoft's deal was made before GTA IV was even announced so I'm pretty sure they planned it out during development of the main game. Wow, on a side note GTA IV took almost 2 years to get into our hands. And people are bitching about GTA V...

    The one with the helicopter would be above the group of streets right above the red car pic (being chased by the cops) looking south/southwest since that's Beverly Hills. The lake one would be right under the Vinewood sign pic for Echo Park looking west.

    I was thinking about going to Times Square to watch the live stream but I don't think it'll be worth it. Not like they are going to show anything amazing. It'll be a bunch of NASA people standing around and then cheering. I doubt any surface images will be broadcast for a bit since they have to do a thousand checks to make sure everything is working.
