Found a dinghy with scuba gear at the docks. Western island. South side

If you go to the Altruistic's camp and follow the wall to the right of the gate, you can get into the camp where the wall ends on a cliff face. I walked all around the camp and no one hassled me. there are a few pick ups in the compound.

I did this too, was pretty epic. Easy cash ftw. Ya know I think this is random. My friend got 50k. Another friend only got 25k. I am pretty positive I got 250k... because I bought an asset straight after that. Yeah, I only got 25k for the same one. It was pretty early on though so It was a nice sum when I only had a couple of thousand.

I had Trevors Bohdi spawn on top of a quad bike out the front of his trailer. Tried to take a picture but it wouldn't let me.

I have just bombed Trevors Bohdi and Franklins Buffalo. Just because I know they will always be there and not vanish as some people have noted.

Go to the street with the horse statue. The Veyron Type spawns outside one of the shops on the north side of the street. -
I saw bigfoot through the thermal scope of the sniper rifle. No mistaking it. But it literally just disappeared. It didn't move it just vanished.
