    GTA V will be the next installment in this series of more gritier and real GTA's. well duh blacksox.. but really i still think he was somewhat a coward just based on his actions. I'm not much of a cj fan. So because of that, i would have to rate SA under VC and VCS. SA gameplay was just amazing, story was up there, but for me, the character didn't sit right. I do however feel that i might like Franklin... that is until everybody plays the game and says "yep! this is suppose to be cj!" then i will dislike him just as much as cj himself. Fair Enough, everyone has their own opinions. Either way 1 of the 3 new characters has got be interesting, if not all of them. I can't wait for September 17th!!!

    Until Sony announce today they have sold all their rights to PlayStation and related IP to Microsoft to allow them to develop the "ultimate" console hahahaha Screw that !!! ............................................................ ............................................................................................. Actually an Ultimate Console sounds kinda interesting. I doubt Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo would ever get together to create it but.

    He did make something of himself, he pretty much became the Crime 'King Pin' of Los Santos. And the part with Catelina was just humour for the sake of itself, for most of the game he was more then willing to take on anyone that got in his way. Which seems to be the opposite of your statement of him being a coward. And you're right about him being a confusing character, but all of GTA's Main Characters are the same. For instance Niko is shown in one cutscene telling his cousin how he's sick of murdering people, then when the player regains control he ends up going on a cop killing spree ( sorry couldn't help myself ). This is of course unavoidable in any game where the player has control over the character's actions. Plus Rockstar could be making a 'Social Commentary' about Western Society's contradictions and violent hypocrisies, commiting acts of violence but at the same time preaching love, peace and family values. ....................... Or they could just be too lazy to make a believable and well rounded character. Remember this was from the old generation of GTA's where the character's and world's themselves were really just satirical cartoon versions of their real counterparts. I don't think GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas were meant to be taken literally. Where as the New Generation, starting with GTA lV were gritier and more real, and became more serious as a result ( even though it still had plenty of humour and satire as well ). And started having more complex and believable characters. GTA V will be the next installment in this series of more gritier and real GTA's.

    Microsoft has had a prototype for over a year. Games are being developed for it as we speak. Where do you kids get this shit? Yeah you're right, most of that was bullshit. But I liked the part about Microsoft surrendering, and the Nex-Gen Xbox never getting published. Sounds good to me.

    I hope not. I don't want any of that motion sensing crap on my Dualshock Controller. Fuck Nintendo's gimmicky bullshit, Sony should concentrate on catering to Hardcore Gamers, rather than the legions of casual assholes out there.

    Claude, Tommy, and Toni were real Gangsters, CJ was a chicken that ran away from everything. More like he was a kid sent away to Liberty City, to escape from the the 'Gang Violence' in his home town ( or 'hood' ). He came back older, and with an ambition to make more of himself. Also to set ammends to any mistakes made in his past, and to bring his old gang back to it's former glory. I think that Rockstar wanted CJ's character to be more indepth, but sacrificed that for something more stereotypical, and instead concentrated on cramming the game full of content. As seen by the tonne of new things that could be done in the game. We will probably see what Rockstar intended for CJ's character in GTA V. Through Franklin, who looks to be more ambitious and wise, and who also seems to be looking for more meaning and success in his life, then the old "Thug In, Thug Out" lifestyle message that Steet Gangbangers seem to live by. He's very capable, especially with his history of violence. And is looking to make somthing of himself in the organised crime world. He's the new aged Gangbanger, having to evolve too suit the ever changing modern world, lest he be left behind as a footnote in history. Like the Samurai in the East, who died out due to not embracing 'Dishonourable' new technology like firearms and cannons. Or the Cowboys in the West becoming outdated by the encroachment of Civilization and the Industrial Revoultion. P.S. Speaking of which, I can't wait for the Next-Gen Red Dead Game on the PS4, It's going to be EPIC!!!

    I think this Generation is almost dead, save for a few great last games this year ( namely Bioshock Infinite and GTA V ). There's only so much more Devs can bring out of the Xbox 360 and PS3, and it's time for some High Quality Next Gen Titles that can take advantage of the extra power these new consoles will ultimately bring to the table. The next step forward in Game Development is almost here, Fallout 4, Half Life 3, Nex Gen GTA/'s, New Exciting IP's. I can't wait for something different, original and fun, because last year was one of the blandest years in gaming, except for games like maybe Max Payne 3, Far Cry 3, Journey, etc. Most of the stuff was average at best, not games you couldn't wait to get home and play, one's you day dream about at work. Hopefully these new consoles are about as powerful as anything the best PC's have today. So we can have bigger and better realised worlds, both graphically superior, and with a higher level of interactivity. Couple these things with Great new stories and characters, and it's going to be great.

    I hope there is something like Streaming Games, it would definitely help streamline the PSN Store, with background loading and instantaneous Demos and Trailers ( without the need of a download ), and maybe PS3 games ( if there is backwards compatability ) due to the cloud server. If PS4 games are going to be streamed as well, I hope we get a massive Hardrive ( or SSD ) to store everything on. Even though I usually like to buy Physical Copies of my games.

    No one ever does but. I remember coming out of hospital after two weeks and a couple of operations, and just being glad to be alive. Enjoying the small things like the wind in my hair, and the sun on my face, seeing the world and everyone in it going on their merry way, oblivious of all the pain and suffering going on in the hospital. And I made a promise to myself, that I would live my life like every day was my last. Of course this only lasted about 2 weeks, and by the time my wounds healed and the memory of the Pain and the Hospital subsided, I forgot about my promise, and restarted my old ways of taking things for granted. Just like the majority of people do. Sometimes I think life is like a bad joke.

    After you mentioned her I looked her up. What I found was pretty interesting. After being betrayed and flogged ( along with her daughters rape ), she led a revolt against the occupying Romans, destroying Colchester and routing an entire Roman Legion ( The lX Hispania ). She even burnt Londinium ( London ) to the ground, along with St Albans. The rebels were eventually defeated in the Battle of Watling St. And then either Boudica killed herself to avoid capture, or fell ill and died ( the two seperate sources differ in opinion ). Interest in these events was revived in the English Renaisance and led to a resurgance of Boudica's Legendary fame during the Victorian Era, when Queen Victoria was portrayed as her namesake. Boudica has since remained an important cultural symbol in the United Kingdom to this day. History's Great.

    Two new Factions have been added to the Playable List: Arverni (Gaul) Suebi So that means so far there will be Three Roman Factions; The Julia, The Cornelia, and The Junia. Along with Carthage, which is probably Romes greatest enemy, and Macedon which is the most powerful of the Greek Factions. And Three Barbarian Tribes, The Iceni ( from Britannia ), The Averni ( a Gaul Tribe ), and The Suebi ( Germanic Tribe ). You can see the list of playable factions here, along with a synopsis of eah one. http://wiki.totalwar.com/w/Factions With only two more Factions left to be revealed, I wonder who they could possibly be? Maybe the Iberians in Spain or the Persians East of the Mediterranean, possibly the Ptolemic Egyptians in the south, who knows?

    It would be good if there was an additional view mode when driving cars, like maybe from behind the steering wheel looking through the windscreen. The speedometer could look real good lit up at night ~ And this way you would know how fast you're actually going, because in GTA lV it was hard to tell whether you were going 60 miles an hour or 200 miles an hour. Also customization for the interior of the car, as well as some different custom speedometers would be cool as well.

    ~ Different Hairstyles ~ Different Tatoos ~ More Clothing Options like shirts/ jackets/ pants/ jeans/ shorts/ shoes/ hats/ watches/ chains, and maybe more advanced options like costumes; for instance Ninja Robes, Police Outfit, Military Uniform, Mascot Costume, etc. It's too bad there probably won't be much character customization ( if any ). But you never know, since Rockstar has delayed GTA V for 200 more days then the orginal Spring deadline. So they could possibly implement a few more features in that timeline.

    Plus North America isn't the only place these consoles are going. Alot of countries in Europe, along with other big gaming countires like Australia, Korea and Brazil don't have unlimited data caps on their broadband internet as well. I know Australia is much like the U.S. in that the major cities like Sydney and Melbourne all have access to unlimited data caps and High Speed Broadband. But most country areas still don't have High Speed Internet connections, let alone unlimited data caps.

    Wait until they release the PS4 information on the 20th. Then we will see exactly what Sony has in mind for the PS3's successor, including what the 'real' controller looks like. I can't wait to see what they've got.

    Brian you caught me. Almost completely plagiarised, but all the same still true. I mean if a physics professor doesn't know the difference between magnetism and gravity, we're all doomed. Just thought I would get the facts straight from the horse's mouth ( the Horse in this case being the Physics Department at the University of Illinois ).

    There are oil rigs out in the ocean near LA plus there is a little thing on the left horizon far in the distance of the submarine pic that could potentially be one: You have an unbelievable eye there my friend. I took one look at that picture, saw the Sub and thought nothing more of it. You seem to be a very meticulous person. I hope your right, the more interesting things Rockstar puts in the game the better.

    Gravity is based on magnetism, right? So the core's magnetic strength is strong enough to keep everything grounded on the surface, but not to interfere with hard drives on the surface? Also, Plato was an avid basketball player and fanatic: Gravity and Magnetism are not the same thing. Gravity is a force that acts between any two, or more objects with mass. No matter what they are made of, both objects get pulled towards one another just because they have mass. Unlike gravity, which occurs between any two objects, magnetism depends on specific properties of objects. Magnetism can either pull the two objects together, or push them apart, depending on which way the magnets point. Most importantly, it depends what is going on with the electrons in the material, since each electron is like a tiny magnet itself. Most materials are almost insensitive to magnetism because the electrons act like magnets pointing every which way, with more or less equal numbers pulling or pushing. Also both magnetism and gravity can affect objects at a distance. Both get weaker as the objects move apart. This is why you are affected by the pull of gravity from the Earth, but not from distant planets. It's also why two magnets may move together if you place them near each other, but if you set them far apart nothing will happen. However, as objects get farther apart, the gravity between them goes down by a factor of four when you double the distance, but the magnetism goes down by ( at least ) a factor of eight. On the scale of the Solar System, with planets far apart, gravity is much more important than magnetism.
