Hey guys, I have been informed that the main part of the server upgrade will happen sometime in the next 24 hours. There may be some downtime for about 30 minutes. Hopefully it is the last time for a while. The site may still act weird for a little bit during the transition. The new server will be about twice the specs of our current server that has been running these sites for 8 years - something we finally outgrew recently. We've come a long way since GTA-SanAndreas.com in both content and coverage of other games. iGTA5 has obviously proved to be very popular and it will continue to get more popular as we approach the release of Grand Theft Auto V. On the downside, part of paying for the new server means a couple more ads. There will be an additional footer ad and guests will see ads in forum topics (you may have seen them on other forums right under the OP). These pay directly for the server as always. Thanks and let's continue to make iGTA5 the best place for GTA V!

i have thought long and hard and i came to the conclusion that i could care less about which tattoo you get. Good luck though.

it would be pretty cool if they implemented a colors mechanic too, for example if you wear the wrong colors in the wrong hood as Franklin they may try and jump you or something.

I have a theory that surveillance cameras and security systems will play a major role in GTA V. My theory originated while combing through the premier trailer and finding two signs that warn players of areas that are monitored: Finally, I found an actual camera modelled within the trailer, here: Because the game will revolve around prepping and pulling heists, I figure that a working surveillance system for bigger risked jobs (like this Rodeo Drive inspired jewelry store) would make sense. I think that these security systems will work similar to the "bandana" mechanic in Red Dead Redemption. Although the old west didn't have any cameras to monitor John Marston's criminal behavior, he concealed his face with a bandana. Witnesses to his crimes could confess to the local authorities and a wanted poster would appear in the towns describing John Marston. If John was creating crimes without his face concealed, the authorities and bounty hunters, had an easier time finding John. This system was remedied by paying a fine. GTA V's system would have to be a little more sophisticated. For instance, if the player was robbing the same jewelry store without anything on to conceal the player's identity, the camera could i.d. players and help the police pursue anyone who matched the player's description. Could security cameras also trip the store's alarm? Could some be motion-detected? Furthermore, as the game progresses, I'm sure there will be more creative ways to get around being recorded, such as destroying said cameras or removing their hard-drives they record on (or tapes?). Places like Pleasure Pier would be difficult to perform crimes on because of the security systems, which would ensure that authorities would arrive onto the scene quicker. Maybe there's a bounty system Rockstar is carrying over from RDR and updating/modernizing for GTA V. What else could security systems mean for GTA V?

I think they could do it half endless ocean and half endless desert if they wanted to. If there's a drowning time limit for being stranded in the ocean they could put a dehydration system for the desert. But I think it'll be an island.

I like Sonnen (I use that term loosely) He's a bit of a dissapointment at times. His shit talking is great and his wrestling ability is fantastic but for all the crap he's talked recently he hasn't been worth it. After Silva/Sonnen I he ramped it up into over drive and then got thrashed by in the second round. He's doing it now with bones and I doubt he'll get far considered Jon actually has good wrestling defence. TUF will be fun to watch though. I predict an amalgamation of Rashad/Rampage and Liddell/Ortiz. Sonnen should move to WWE. The guy would be a killer heel and has wrestling ability to put on a believeable show.

I know there probably won't be much to do on this and other of the taller mountains (except for possibly snow-related activities), but just look at how much space it takes up . . . I'm actually kind of excited to scale it and see the ridiculous vistas from the very top.

Qd, a suggestion, could you include links to all puzzles in the OP? It'll be easier to find them, rather than having to browse through the entire topic.
