I'm not sure if what he said is true or if the picture is real, but I've uploaded it so you can judge for yourself. His twitter account "http://twitter.com/toronotoJack233" has since been deleted. Also, why bother to go through the trouble of making a (fairly detailed) map and then presenting it in a blurry, screencapped, low-res image unless it's a genuine screencap?
