They temporarily disabled buying cash cards. Also, play invite-only sessions, at least until you have an apartment and/or garage.

The clothing textures are a little lower res, but I haven't noticed anything more than that.

You can only sell one per day, I think. Not sure if it's 12 hours in-game, 24, or what, but there's a limit. Not much of one, though.
