    Went to a place in NYC called Eataly last night. Had veal topped with Fontina and Prosciutto for dinner. Went down to the market and got fresh made focaccia and a pound of Piave cheese. Also got to sample some really expensive soft cheeses from Italy (you can sample whatever you like before buying). If anyone's ever in NYC check this place out.
