    Hello from American Airlines! You know that flight you have at 6am from Charlotte to NYC? Well now it's an 8am flight to Chicago then a 10:30am flight to NYC! Ya....fuck that bullshit.

      I once had a flight delayed for 3 hours. They gave us a $10 voucher to spend at the restaurant and you couldn't even spend it on a beer.
