Massacre pass the ghoul mod link I might create a new character like that just to do what you do. I also just got done finishing my Business character. He killed every of the leaders of the strip and I downloaded a Run Lucky 38 mod. He sided with the didn't side with anybody and instead just killed the President and Caesar. All I wore was Grimy Pre-War Business wear, Sunglasses, Pre-War Hat, and occasionally Pre-War Casual Clothing to go to Camp Golf and pretend I was playing golf. I installed a mod to smoke and had to keep tobacco on me the entire playthrough. The way he would kill his opponents was by stealth approach either with a razor blade or a knife. He was buffed in Intelligence, Charisma, Strength and some others I forgot. My last character was a poor Jet-junkie that robs people for a living.When I had too much caps, I would throw them away and I only used the worst weapons in the game with no attachments. He was smart to conduct plans on how to steal but very weak so he upped his perception to detect enemies and kill them silently. He the ugliest and dirtiest clothes in the game. My first character was a jugg/sniper who wore the NCR's combat armor and carried only the Assault Carbine with all the attachments ( GRA ) and the Anti-Materiel Sniper with all the attachments ( GRA ). At the start I raised his strength to 10 and used commands to up everything. He specialized in everything except Medical, Energy Weapons, Melee, and other stuff I forgot. My next character after the ghoul might be a crazy barber who is a serial killer killing everyone with his razor blade. Still not sure about that one. I might also do an Elysium type Kruger.

Seems like you can work with both NPC's and players and battle both NPC's and players. 76 hairstyle customizations for hair and I'm guessing different hair for different barbershops. 16 BASEBALL JERSEYS not clothing in total and you can buy apartments, jets, boats, cars and rob minor stores or go to the big leagues and rob a bank or jewelry stores.
