  1. Looks like a truck to me, its sitting up kind of high and has off road tires. Plus the grill is sloped forward which is more common in trucks. Cars tended to have to grill slope backwards. Either way, I'm glad to see older vehicles returning.
  2. I'm hoping they will come into play. Home and bank robberies while avoiding camera. That would be cool. But then again you have barking dogs and home owners armed with shot guns screaming "Get outta my house!"

  5. Does anyone else feel that by sticking to one character youd be missing out on what others were saying and doing? I hate missing stuff, even dialog. After trailer two,I think Franklin looks like most fun though. Young, nice home, car hook up.
  6. Is it just me, or did the way the car fall out the back of trailer look really bad? Car handling in general looked very jerky and rapid compared to GTA4. I have faith in R* but really hope they didn't fuck up handling. Trailer was epic though!
  7. I havnt even beat GTA4 and have had it on pc for years.I just got bored when I hit third island.
  8. Driver had a button that turned the steering wheel more, you could whip around corners better. I agree with Massacre though, I felt I was driving so slow. But I'd rather have sim over arcade. I think they will slightly take away the sluggishness but keep it realistic. Increase speed, acc, handling slightly. And also not quite so top heave. Anytime I drove an SUV it almost flipped.
  9. Completely agree! I do hope its a tad more agile, but I dont want to sacrifice physics and realistic to much. Although I will say, some of the vehicles did feel too heavy and slow. I have trust in R* though.
  10. The pic here Franklin is breaking glass to steal car.... well I hope there is a way to steal a car without busting the window. He is the crooked car dealer dude, so he may have a few tricks up his sleeves. yea, it happens when the doors are unlocked... that happened often in GTAIV...
  11. You can see the one cop ducking behind the open car door. Hoping AI has improved. Also hypothetically what would you do after killing off the cops from up there? Kind of trapped, especially if back up arrives. I have a feeling most of screenshots are from mission game play.

  13. In the picture with red and white car, you can see flames shooting out of the exhaust. This could either be back fire like gta4 or better yet... NITRO Has anyone tried to compare the rims on the same vehicle? If the same car has different rims it could indicate car modification. I for one am hoping to have it back. Also country side looks huge! I can't wait to take that buggy through the beach and up the mountains. I also love the screen shot where the jet is on fire going down. I'd investigate the scene and finish off the poor survivers to put them out of their misery.
  14. Interesting. I was looking for runways lol. Thank you. I'm hoping there are several airports speckled throughout the map, big or small. Air travel was my favorite in Just Cause 2. From the GI mag, Saltun Sea is quite far away, this map could be HUGE.

  16. I'd love to tear up the side of a slope on a snowmobile... doubt it will happen, but the driving wouldn't be a whole lot different then a mix between quad and jetski.
  17. You don't think R* would mean Cubic miles and just increase the height limit and consider that larger world do you? I for one am guessing there is going to be a huge city like they said, and many smaller towns sprawled out throughout the countryside. Some larger then others. A few tiny hick towns, and a few decent size stand alone towns. Hopefully the interstate system allows for an easy and quick way to get from point A to point B. Also where on that map is there a REAL A picture of all airports in or near LA. The purple one is an Air Force Base. I have no idea if the city stretches out this far, but I didn't even include "Sultan Sea" area, so who knows. (sorry if big picture)
  18. Curious if that allows us to FAST TRAVEL to their home area, or if its a random place and they are out and about... Hopefully 2nd trailer shows off this "google view" thing.

Earth Quakes, Thunderstorms with lightning, hydroplaning, gusting wind, blowing dust, puddles, mud gets things dirty, sun glare, tinted fog, clouds in high elevation, better shadows during day and night cycles.... Curious how "render everything" improves/changes things. Hopefully less pop ins, and vehicles stay in place longer. Also higher sky limit with jets and better view distance on peds, cars, objects. Snow would be cool in the mountains. Would make for a slippery slope!
  20. Since R* said we can jump to any character when not in mission and sometimes during a mission, do you think each person has their specific key missions that only they can initiate? That would be my guess. I think we'd play a few missions as one person to get the hang of them and their personality before being introduced to the next guy and things start interweaving. I doubt Trevor will be the ONLY one able to fly, but maybe he can get access to the airport without setting off a wanted level since he is licensed.
