I'm happy to work at accumulating GTA$, but the repetitiveness is mind-numbing. I wouldn't mind the grind, if only there were a few other high-paying missions to choose from...the same cycle of Trash Talk, Rooftop Rumble, and Mixed Up With Coke is agonizing. Delete the update and DLC, then re-install both. That cured it for me.
