    I don't understand at all. I'm curious as to where the artillery superiority debate came from in the first place. One minute, I'm discussing the probability of a German tank showing up in a fictionalized So Cal, next minute, the quality of my country's armored cavalry is being questioned. I don't get it.

    I like how the wacky waving arm flailing inflatable tube man is completely oblivious to the chaos going on barely 50 feet from him.     If you committed a murder in IV with no witnesses, you'd just get a one-star for shots fired. If there were witnesses, two stars after some time. If an officer witnessed your crime, an instant two star wanted level. Especially with heists being such a prominent feature, I wonder how witnesses will affect our gameplay this time around?
