  1. I had a similar problem. Yeah, something definitely broke when they did the holiday update. I raised the matter in a ticket to R* a few weeks ago, but never heard anything back. The problem seemed to fix itself for me not long ago, but it's disappointing that it seems to reappeared. I suggest getting on to Rockstar, and see if you get a better response/resolution.
  2. Hahahaha, no. That was an 'unexpected, in the moment' shot taken by this evil* photographer lady. We were probably just talking about the gig we'd attended. and she just snapped us without either of us realising. *she's not really evil, just mischievous
  3. Liverpool put five past the Arse, each scorer's surname begins with the letter 'S', and not a single one of them was Suarez. Impressive. Now, I live in Swansea, not far from the train station, and I keep looking outside to see if anything will kick off between the Swans and Cardiff fans.
  4. Count me in people. I've got a new headset, so maybe you'll actually be able to hear me this time.
  5. Haha, no. Just a friend of mine who apparently looks like him.
  6. Make sure that there are no small children in the room, don't want to give them nightmares. I'm the one on the right.
  7. Well, this topic certainly evolved some. Thanks to everyone who responded and reassured me that I didn't do the wrong thing. Yeah, so I guess my prediction was a little off. But I didn't think that Denver would be as poor as Seattle were outstanding.
  8. Look, I only started this as a new topic because of the poll question, and I figured it would be fun. Have I done something wrong?
  9. Understood, but can you add a poll question on an existing topic? Understood, but can you add a poll question on an existing topic?
  10. Okay, this will be embarrassing for me if this has been started somewhere else, but I couldn't find it on a search. However, given the level of American Football chatter on here, I'm surprised that I cannot find anything. So here goes. Personally, I think Denver wins it 31-17. Seattle will have a chance if their secondary can get into Peyton Manning's head early, maybe force a couple of turnovers. Also, if they can feed the Broncos' front seven a steady dose of Marshawn Lynch, Russell Wilson will have to take advantages of any opportunity for that killer play action pass. I'm looking forward to the chess match between Manning and the self-styled 'Legion of Boom'. Since his injury earlier in the season, the men that make up Denver's O-line have been playing like men possessed to keep him upright, so you know he'll have all day to throw. They may well be ranked as the NFL's number one defense, but it remains to be seen if the Seattle secondary can live with that kind of pressure for so long. And I believe it will be tight through three quarters, but I look for Manning to break it open late in the fourth with two touchdown drives. Thoughts, opinions please...
  11. Those arms are probably even wider after today's game at Stoke.
  12. Amen to that. What did they think was going to happen? Clearly there had been some jawing back and forth between Sherman and Crabtree leading up to the play in question, and Sherman was still buzzing from it when he gave the interview. It was certainly far more entertaining than the usual "they're a great team, one play at a time" clichéd bollocks though. And it's not as if he swore. I just wish FOX, CBS et al would stop being so bloodthirsty for an instant soundbite from a player the second the game is completed. Just go to a commercial or something, and let everyone collect their thoughts before the questioning starts.
  13. That Passive Mode isn't really passive at all...
  14. I'm out this week. I'm working overtime on Tuesday, and will be in bed while all of you duke it out. Have fun.
  15. The ability to buy a Lazer, even if it is set at a ridiculously high price. I love my flying, and getting in my Mallard now just seems tame in comparison.
  16. The fact that I've decked out my Buffalo with the crew colours might save it though. And clearly, given your success, the modding potentials are good.
  17. The standard one. Maybe there's a fault with my pad or something...
  18. At the moment, my six-car garage (yeah, I'm cheap I know) has the following: Patriot (because I've been a fan of them since GTAIII) Comet (which, along with the Cheetah, is my favourite fast car) Tailgater (because, deep down, I just want to be like Michael) Buffalo (for now, might trade it for something else in the future) Sanchez (simply put, my favourite bike in the GTA universe) Carbon RS (why jack a fast bike when my Collector's Edition code gives me one just as good for free?)
  19. I don't know if this has been mentioned already, but whoever at R* decided that an inadvertent click of the button inside your left stick would result in your character being hurtled out of your vehicle at a high speed needs to be taken outside for a serious "talking to"...
  20. What can I say, I was brought up well. No point in being a dick if the situation doesn't call for it.
  21. Indeed it was. It took several drops into the 'pit' before realising that there was a logical way around it. As it turns out, I'm free most Monday nights, so I'm sure you'll see me around again. And thanks for the kind words, hopefully me revealing that I blocked your path towards the end of one race to prevent you from finishing ahead of me doesn't cause a retraction.
  22. I take it back slightly. On reflection, the race around the theatre was okay, but the construction site race was just pure evil.
