i bet my local gamestop will wait for november 5th... they ALWAYS play by the rules... i'm gonna show up when they open on monday and bitch them out if they failed to stick to code... the guy that does run the place is very strict, i hope he's there if it happens ...

showoff ... i just finished the; and i had finally pulled off the smoothest battle combo i've seen yet... first, i counter a man and then throw him into another man, then kill the closest guy on the ground, then quickly stab the guy trying to get up, then doing a baraka-like stab with the blades to take out the last guy... oh, and right before this sequence, i dropped in from a rooftop to take out the 1st guy ... i had to put the controller down for minute, i was wowed by what i just witnessed... even describing it does no justice at all... should of been there i guess... EDIT: haha!! i just heard an old lady in a graveyard that sounds like a dude ... she/he keeps talking, and it's definitely a dude...

agreed... they sent this stuff knowing full well that it was gonna be big news the second someone opened one of those boxes... it's why they had the beach babe queued up for the announcement, and it's why they've shown no restrictions towards those releasing photos... hell, they had game informer release the artwork they had, which now that we have the facts, is probably because they couldn't themselves... and they knew those viewfinders would hit the net today with every retailer opening up todays box of goodies...

so, i heard and saw a couple of really sweet things, but it's only for those who passed sequence 5... i am now officially playing as the connor from the trailers, and look forward to a mission or two before i call it quits... the ropedart looks like a fun new addition to the arsenal... still, i gotta work on my marksmen skill too, that is still lacking...

@stoic, nice read... but i don't know about the 100% thing because it involves grinding out multiplayer stuff... @viceman, i had the same problem a couple of times with mouths not moving... i've also had audio completely cut off a couple times, usually it was the background music and sounds during a cutscene...

rentals and various other games i passed on in the past year... or play another fallout file ...

it's 4G capable, wherever there's a sprint 4G network, i will automatically connect to it... but i don't think there is one around here anyways... maybe in the 2 years i have the contract there could be one put up around here... but 4G speed isn't a concern of mine, i would be happy with the 3G network as i've never had that either...

i found myself numerous times trying to sneak up on someone, only to be stabbed by some complete random person... yea, that's gotta be the same mode that kinda had me confused... what's the point if someone else is tailing you too?? i am surprised people aren't running all over the place...

wow, this topic is still off-topic... my hype was extremely high for GTAIV, and i was blown away with it... i still play it at least once a month online still.. and it's really all about the driving to me... they've made improvements in the cover/shoot system with other R* games, but it really wasn't that bad to be honest... i still kick ass at it as some forum members here could attest to *ahem aaa ahem*... but the weight of each vehicle totally made a lot missions unique depending on what vehicle you brought to the starting line, or stole in the heat of a battle... know your car models, know their nuances... i thought GTAIV was brilliant, and will love the vast improvements in all aspects of the game with 5... it might not of deserved the perfect score, especially with the glitchy, multiplayer that is still present in current R* games, but it was revolutionary in the world of open world games... this was a living, breathing city that felt real at every corner... something even saints row 3 fails to deliver...

me?!?! ... --- also, GTAIV driving physics made for one of the greatest sandbox experiences ever... GTAIV kicked ass, and people that compare it to san andreas are spending too much time in the past... get with the times, old man... --- also, i only bought two games this year, but rented about 4 or 5... ACIII and risen 2, that's it... max payne 3 kicked ass though, i am gonna buy that when i have downtime late winter... --- also, i am getting this feeling that R* might release artwork for all of the leaked images... the GAME one has pretty much been confirmed with fanboy's 1st hand experience... but we've not heard anything about that rottweiler one have we?? but yea, i think they might give us a few wallpaper artwork stuff in the next couple of days...

so it's just like revelations and brotherhood...

not yet... considering though, i mean, i own it... i should at least check it out...
