    i've seen a few of those... you're quite fascinated with one of the most popular genres on TV, but i'm tired of every show being some kind of police spin off... tom selleck and mark wahlberg's brother are good actors though so it makes the show more credible... but still, it's another fucking cop drama ...

    oh wow, i haven't posted in here in a while... i bought man on fire a while back because i figured i'd like it... it was good, and a true vintage denzel flick... it's denzel being denzel, playing a drunk like usual and having to save the day once again... but holy ripoff batman!! max payne 3 felt exactly like this movie outside of the narrative from max for everything he did... a drunk who finds himself halfway across the world hired as a bodyguard for some rich family... and shit goes south real fast and he's forced to shoot his way to the solution... mama... i don't really like horror movies because they all go for the shock and awe and the gory shit... it's usually a pretty fucking boring story filled with cheap tricks to scare the audience... this movie wasn't much different than any other PG13 horror drama... however, the origin story was a pretty cool concept... two orphans raised by a ghost mother trapped in our world doomed to repeat her days until the wrong has been righted... the opening scenes were by the far the best parts (and the reason why they became orphans)... but the rest of the movie was typical boring shit... i really don't like this genre but the origin story was one of the most original ones i've heard in a while... and guillermo del toro directing definitely added to the visual feel... i am planning on watching heat tonight ...

    the bike races should be fun ... road rash FTW!! lone wolf sounds fun, and if we're at 8 players, we can play club business too, and can dabble in the freeroam shit too... sounds like a good lineup to me!!

    so i spent like 6-7 hours earlier today playing nonstop large team deathmatch.. wow... i wanted to get up to a nice level to see if i could compete... i pretty much led all matches in deaths, but i eventually stopped having the least amount of kills after i had leveled up a bit and added some upgrades to my weapons... but why do i have to spend countless hours playing against level 50 beasts who pretty much see me as a fish in a bucket?? the matchmaking is horrible and the downfall of this online experience... sometimes there were even matches, and sometimes they put all the high leveled guys on one team and the wins became really lopsided... another annoyance i found was it takes about 5 minutes to start a new match... 1 minute to get to the level selecting screen, then a minute to pick a new level and tweak loadouts, then a couple more minutes to load the new match... wow... and where's the option to mute the fuckers with headsets?? a lot of them spoke spanish, and most of them left them by the TV so i had to hear the echo if they were on my team... i'll keep playing on triple XP weekends when i can or feel like it, but i can't imagine going through this long fucking grind without it... i want to reach at least level 20 when i unlock a bunch of new toys, just to see if it makes me more competitive... but then i'm sure i have to level those up too... ugh... don't make matchmaking like this for GTAV R*... this is severely flawed...

    i wouldn't expect these characters to be aged by 20 years... they would be the ones you remember from the past games... hoping for the latter would be nice, but i am thinking more like a much more expanded GTAIV customization tree... dozens of different tops, and dozens of different hairstyles, shoes, facial hair, tattoos, etc... i am not sure about the weight distribution because R* said they weren't gonna do that with the main character due to all the dynamics of allowing you to adjust that... there might be a few fat characters like phil cassidy and o'toole and maybe a few skins dedicated to it... but i don't know about making niko fat...

    if they said that past GTA characters, like maybe CJ or tommy for instance, would be in the game, then does that mean they brought some of those voices back to record new dialog?? didn't young maylay say he was involved, but not as a character in the game? perhaps they recorded multiplayer stuff not related to the single player of GTAV... did they bring ray liota back to record some online dialog as well? sam jackson? lazlo? ice cube? faizon love? i just throwing that out there, i dunno... it sounds plausible with the mention of past characters... the image for it even shows niko, who probably came back for a few lines too... just because they ruled them out for the single player doesn't mean they ruled them out for the multiplayer... and remember when they said they'd love to one day connect all the worlds? how about connecting all the characters in a playground called los santos?? i'm rambling on but you know what, that custom character thing gave me ideas...
