take over... and i know what you're talking about QD, it is a nice feature... but i have a habit of using bookmarks anyways so they just waste space on my home screen... but the ads on the phones are a bit much...

you can bookmark them just like safari though... the only issue i have with chrome is it crashes every now and then, but it also recovers... and yea, i occassionally get an ad pop up that directs me to another website... and before you say it, yea i know, ad-blocker... but that doesn't solve the problem for those without...

download the google chrome app, you can request the desktop version of any website... i am starting to use that more than the safari app that comes with the phone... i never use the mobile version of IPB anymore...

yea, saw that story earlier today... it's a decent step in trying to reestablish it's connection with developers... the 15 exclusives in the 1st year is also a big change in philosophy... we'll see at E3 if half of those are kinect games, but showing that kind of direction will move systems... after all, i always say it, it comes down to the games period... and in an a console war for your money, it comes down to the exclusives...

you're exactly right on the PS3 developer issues... it was the biggest problem for PS3 this gen, which is now all figured out by most developers... xbox was built like a PC,and guess what?? sony learned their lesson and now all you hear from developers is how it's so simple to design for the PS4, like a PC... my main point was, xbox had the upper hand last gen despite how much we all adore the PS3... xbox did right last gen, but this gen they're not off on a good foot yet... E3 is still looming and this console debate is far from over... i'm just trying to add to the other side since this forum topic sounds like 13 pages of sony love despite the title... i'm a debater, so i am trying to add to the other side of the coin...

it's the rug man... it really ties the room together... so i watched heat and every single preview of GTA V a couple weeks ago spoke of an armored van robbery demo... with the trio wearing masks and planning out the hit... and holy crap, heat was the same way... there's a ton of GTA influence from this film, and not just for GTA V, but for the entire series... it was a great film and i saw all three GTA V characters in the story... deniro plays michael, and val kilmer plays franklin... trevor, well, he had a minor role in heat, he was played by kevin gage... he looked like the dude from kane & lynch yet he reminded me so much of trevor... great movie though, i'll probably watch it again before GTA V drops...

@blacksox - you're talking about minor differences in graphics, a department that even sony struggled at when compared to xbox for 3rd party games... i've seen countless screens comparing minor graphical differences and 9 times out of 10, the xbox looked crisper and sharper... and i am one that doesn't give a shit about graphics so long as the game plays fine... i am not defending xbox whatsoever, i am just trying to add to the other side of the argument since it seems to be severly one-sided in this topic titled, 'xbox one'... and quite frankly it's turning into a fanboy war in here, and nothing pisses me off more than reading this bullshit... furthermore, you'd be surprised how much porn still does have an influence on tech... why they're probably the reason why streaming is so big nowadays... before you could find your favorite shows streaming, someone was streaming porn... it's always at the top of the evolution, and has been throughout the history of time...

this game is all about money, so i would assume a money font would work best for GTA V....

xbox is going after the old wii audience, and we all know how well that console sold to people with families... they've been targeting that audience since the kinect and they will continue to do so... they go where the $$$ is, and nintendo made a buttload of it from that market all the while introducing new people and generations to gaming... microsoft first got into gaming because it wanted to own the market... they've copied people the entire way, which isn't surprising considering that internet explorer was a rip off of netscape navigator... then comes the wii, who created an entirely new avenue of money revenue... that's the market the X1 wants... but on the subject of systems and not companies, it doesn't matter which one you buy, they will both play next gen games... i am a hardcore sony supporter, but i am not a fanboy... i know the xbox one will be a capable machine, and millions will buy it... and for the argument over blu-ray, it was an even keel battle with HD DVD until the porn industry got behind (pun intended) blu-ray... porn has always driven the technology industry forward and in this instance, they chose blu-ray... and you argue (blacksox) that microsoft didn't focus on games and instead talked about their system and what it can do... umm, wasn't this press conference about revealing the new system?? what makes you think they have to show games?? playstation didn't really talk about games either...
