    forgive me, cause I know its an older picture, but do I see a midget-golf course between the palm trees??Never saw that till now... On the flood issue, that would be fuckin awsome, if indeed the canals would flood. In sucha manner thats it could be an issue regarding your approach towards a heist (wait for the tide as to take a car or a sub for your escape)

    Well since its unconfirmed info, I wouldnt worry too much about it. If they do put it in the game I bet its only in missions or something, because they KNOW all of us is going all out with this game, so you'll end up with a freddy kruger type of protag... "one, two, trevor's coming for you...." The article states that its kind of similar to the system in god of war... I havent played that game (xbox owner) so could someone tell me how that particular system works

    Well, I could see, MAJOR injuries during missions have a lasting effect, cause if you put it like that, if your just f*cking around tryin to get the most amount of stars, well, yeah then you'd probably be unrecognisable.... Other option is they do wear off in time... I just really find it an interesting (possible) feature. makes you play more cautiously, (not too much, but just so that you'll try to minimize the damage)

    Allthough I cant read Russian my damn self, I just read on a dutch gamer site that one small detail the russians uncovered is that if you have serious injuries, (ie bulletwounds) it will leave a permanent mark in the form of a scar.     I didnt, my bad I guess still pretty cool hes in the game. what role do you think he'll have? If he really is in it, I bet he wont have too big a role, maybe just a drugdealer which you can visit now and again.... Thats true, but I bet that if you have a role in any upcoming GTA title, you'll have to sign some contract (I know these types of contracts have a specific name of their own, something with disclosure?ftw) which will make you keep tight lipped about it, you know how R* is with that shit. But I must say people, not only did i put up the vid, I am wondering if people prefer voice acting by well known actors/artists (think GTA SA, sam jackson, ice t, etc.) or by fairly unknown actors/artists (like in IV). Discuss!!

    Just came across this tiny bit of information, I just thought I'd share! Forgive me if this has been posted already... I actually did like his appearence in GTA SA, so here goes... Im gettin more and more excited about this game and anticipate the GI info tomorrow!! Tell me if you like appearences like this by major artists or would you prefer the more unknown features (Like IV did). I say, let the discussion commence!!

    haha i think it would be a good idea just so you can store different guns. like if im holding an AK and a pump shotgun, then id go to the gun safe and switch them. makes since Most of his ideas are good, buuut a few are rediculous id like it to be rags to riches also. Ofcourse the "rags to riches" aspect makes you as a player bond more with your character, cause you build something fro the ground up! So yes it would be a strong element story wise. If we would play with a young protag (for example, spanish red car guy), it would be fun to start out low, similar to GTA SA, if the protag would be the ned luke character, maybe a drop from wealth similar to the scarface game, would fit. As for the discussion regarding elements from previous GTA's. In my enviroment the number one complaint about IV was that there wasnt anything to do, not like you could in SA. So yes they'll simply HAVE to deliver!!!!

    Hmmmm, allthough I would love the option either a tent set up similar to rdr (obviously not usable within city bounds!), or a mobilehome setup, I really dont expect R* will indulge us that much... I sincerely hope they spreaded the safehouses a lot better this time, so you would at least have a cabin of some sort.

    You said exactly what I thought!! The dropping of the stats are there to give you incentive to actually do the activities. As for me I only did Lil Jacob and Dwayne (ofcourse I killed PX for his crib!!), because I enjoyed the mobile gunstore and the back up option. As for the rest I declined. So I cant really say it bothered me at all, it just gives you the choice wether or not to go on the repective activity. FUCK YES!

    OMFG, just saw the pics, fuckin love them!!! Parashute's -F*ck yes! (Allthough when the images of planes and jets appeared, shutes were a given) Dirtbike racing up a mountain path - Oh hells yes!! (I love to have such challenges as sidemissions, maybe even incorporate it in a mission??) Tennis on a private court- *squirts*.. F*ckin hell yes! (Tell me they wont show stuff like this if you werent able to play as a character. Same goes with the golf players in the trailer) I gotta say they all look like great activities and hours of enjoyable gameplay!!!!

    Thats too bad, I actually did! The bar, so to speak, was never too high if you just wanted to pass the lessons (flying, car, motorcycle), but if you went for gold... Well, then yeah it was a harsh and sometimes frustrating battle (gta sa is one the few games ever where I would commit to such things as gold medals and such), but I persevered! Yeah I did like the skill factor in GTA SA very much (think about the dual wielding uzi's, fuck yeah!), it made for a better incentive to sharpen your skills and you would be rewarded for it aswell! Now, I dont advocate on bringing that whole system back, but I do agree with Gregers07 that some form of skill i.e. overall fitness of your character, maybe sharpen some overall shooting skills at ammunation, would be very cool and give the game way more replay value!

    Check the picture analysis Treefitty made once more buddy. If you take a close look at the marked buildings, you can see that the jet isn't anywhere near the Vinewood sign, it would have to be similar in size (whatever tower is shedding the red light on the wing), just like that one near the sign. SO youre right about the angles lining up! I gotta say Im real excited to see the bicycle return, I had much fun with them in GTA SA. Also the lighting (I guess it would be dusk, since the beach of LA is in the west, right?) is sublime!! I must say in that department both RDR and MP3 (looking over sao paolo, one of the first cutscenes) kicked ass, the enviroments were truely beautifull!! Im psyched for the next few screenshots!

    wow, you're a wizard with those pic breakdowns... i really thought i was right... perhaps there's a broadcast tower out that way?? i don't think an observatory would have a blinking light... or maybe it's my first thought, an incoming missile?? ... For sure!! I'm really intrigued by the whole "red light" issue, though... I find it very funny that R* is making such an effort to keep showing us areas we've already seen in one way or another (someone said this already earlier), it makes me wonder what they're hiding from us... Could it be SF and/or LV?? Im not getting my hopes up too much though.... because I know that didnt work out for me that well in the past! Could there be another building/structure that would cast off such a red light, if you went that way flying over real life LA?? Such as a skyscraper or something (I believe there arent that many skyscrapers in LA, not like NY, am I right?). Mind boggling!

I'm pretty sure they only had the Police Helicopter screenshot and the lake screenshot before, no empty spaces. These 3 are the first empty spaces I've seen! Nice, cant wait for the next few!! Thanks for that analysis, I was wondering if it was compatible with the LS city map. (Kinda hoped it wouldnt so we could get excited about another big city ingame). Quite interesting observation!!! I cant make anything sensible of it though, theories anybody??

    @GilesS100 - It sure looks promising, but my question to you is: Were the empty spaces there the whole time? Like were there 6 empty spaces before they posted the last ones?? Or did they just appear when they posted the last three pics? I would say to R*, keep 'em coming!!!!

    Yes he does look like him, I refuse to believe he is the protag untill R* ecplicity says so. Could very well be possible, maybe even a triathlon? Think of the cock a doodle doo triathlons in GTA SA, it was just something completely different to do, which is great for the variety in gameplay!!

    Bicycles are back also?? Dope!! They (the pics) look super dope though! Love the cheetah omg Im HAVING that one!!!!! Tell me that aint "balcony guy" aka Ned Luke in the jetfighter??? Are they just messing with us (by putting him in that pic on purpose, probably very easy for them to do) or could he actually be the protagonist?? Another thing I notice there are ome big bombs on either side of the jet, could you be able to drop big bombs on buildings or whatever??(YESSSS!!) I doubt you could launch them at another plane, but I have no knowledge about bombs and jets as to how they work in combo. Maybe someone could clarify? Any way I like 'em a lot!! Great post!

    The idea of the story revolving around the heist is plausible, but is nothing new. Next "picking" the protagonist is not the kind of thing R* would implement into their games. Lastly R* stated that the game revolves around the pursuit of the almighty dollar, giving way as to why the logo is a bank note. Not because it has to do with one robbery. I doubt it would also be the first mission. You need something to build up to the climax (if that'll be it). Your idea isn't all too great, and please learn how to use the English language. Allthough I think your kinda harsh regarding the use of the english language (since we're simply, not all from an english speaking country, like me!), I do agree that revolving the storyline around one simple robbery would restrict the broadness of variety in missions a great deal. Also I'm no fan of the "multiple character theory", I just simply dont see it happen with R*. And yes a bankrobbery has to be earned, so to speak. You have to "grow" with your character, so the jobs you do for different taskgivers, culminates to things such as, bank robberies, stealing military jets, etc.

    Been to Amsterdam twice, mate. Loved it. The first coffeeshop me and my friends visited, we were excited, giggling our collective arses off, overwhelmed by the fact we could smoke in public, then a guy walks in wearing a suit and tie sits down, rolls a joint and smokes it, like it's the most natural thing in the world. We felt rather foolish. In my early days (like fourteen-fifteen years back, I was about 14-15yrs old, and they werent to strict with ID's and stuff, shit is way more strict nowadays, which is a good thing) there used to be a cop in the coffeeshop smokin his weed. He was in full uniform and all!!!! But you wont see those kinds of things nowadays, Holland is changin aswell in that aspect. No she didn't. She might have smoked weed, then started doing other drugs later, but no one starts doing real drugs because of weed. That 'gateway drug' line is bullshit. You smoke weed and then start doing heroin, you would have ended up doing heroin even if marijuana had never existed. I never believed that line either, I know loads of guys who used to smoke weed and they just stopped when they were done with it, and I know a lot of guys on hard drugs, which they indeed would using any way. Because its so easy to get your hands on. (I think that at this day in age, around here as a minor, you can get hard drugs way easier, then our regulated coffeeshops, because they check ID's, a drugsdealer wont! He just counts the money...
