If we cant kill the guys you hired, i'm going solo.

But they can die, so why wouldn't you be able to kill them? And is there a guarantee you get their cut if they do die? I would ass/u/me so but you never know...

The way the articles read, it made it sound like you can hire from a long list of people, each varying in level of their respective skill set. The more you work with a certain person, the more they learn. As for killing them, I remember reading that this somehow will affect your 'reputation' and others might not want to work with you. Sounds like a tweaked and upgraded version of the RDR Fame.

What if it happens for 2 crews to rob the same bank at the same time?...sounds like a good mission scenario for R*

I wonder if you can rob little banks in between big hiests just to get more money, but it takes a few days before you can rob it again

There needs to be a heist were the three protags steal tonnes of Gold Bullion, like in Die Hard with a Vengeance where the Bad-Guys go after the Federal Reserve's Gold supply ( gold is great because you can melt it down to make your own bullion/ making it untraceable ). It should be made into a massive heist where you need several missions to setup distractions around the city ( like terrorist bombings or a separate distraction robbery on a softer target ), which would then divert police attention elsewhere while the main heist is being pulled.

Then the main Heist should have multiple stages. From the entrance, taking out security systems and personnel. Then blowing the Vault, and loading all the gold, to ending with the escape to a storage warehouse were the gold will be melted down. Except the only problem is that the Police/ FIB discover what is going on, and you have to fight your way out and evade any police pursuit they send after you.

There could even be a final mission were you have to fly it out of the country to Switzerland, and the FIB and Army send everything they can at you in order to stop you. Even going to the extent of trying to shoot down your plane with Fighter Jets. But escorting your cargo plane ( with Franklin Flying it ) is two fighters escorting it ( in these are Michael and Franklin ), they end up having dogfights over Los Santos with the Military until all enemy fighters are destroyed. Leaving nothing between you and escape with the gold....

Eventually after all your hard work, the gold is turned from this ~

Any idea how how many trucks it takes to load all that gold?

A lot.

And because they need to be dump trucks, it would really slow you down on the road when making your escape from the cops.

The last heist will either be:

Some shiester took Michaels's wife and daughter and are holding them hostage for 1 billion dollars. You have to do the ultimate heist and get them out alive

Or B

Michael's wife ran out with some man whore, stealing all the monies the guys had stole over the course of the game. You gotta sneak back in there, kill the bitch and take your monies back. >_<

3 to 1 its one of those two scenarious.

Has anyone thought about the possibility of doing heists in multiplayer? I have a feeling Rockstar has something very big planned for multiplayer, and with crews being present in this mode, I think heists would be the perfect way to use that.

They said no coop for the main story so idk about separate heists missions.

if some dude took michaels wife and daughter i dont think michael would even give a shit

I would enjoy to pull a die hard style heist with hostages and what not (but in a scenario where you actually are successful.). though it would be funny if during any type of crime really including heist certain civilians and people might try to be like a hero only to get blasted in the face

i dont know if people have said this already but i just saying because theres a military base do you reckon one of the heists will be to rob the military base you probly do because in the tralier you see i belive trevor jump out of a jeep from the sky but yeah im geussing

A Fort Knox-type installation would be plausible. A warehouse full of gold/other loot and guarded by military personnel.

What if in the last heist you have to go to the military base to wipe out every character's rap sheet?...And you will need to hire a skilled hacker , and you must protect him troughout the base.Sounds plausible to me.

Trevor : "Look , if we're already here, why not we put some millions in our bank accounts ?Come on , don't be shy..."

I said it before, but it would be really awesome if you could do heists like the Joker in Batman. Just hire some cheap guys, then keep all the profit for yourself.

I wouldn't mind being able to do smash & grabs on 24/7's as Trevor. That is definitely the white trash version of a heist.

I liked robbing Modo in my free time in IV. I used to park outside on my NRG900, walk in (with the ski-mask of course), kill the cashier for lulz and then rob the store, run out onto my bike and escape quickly. It felt badass, but it wasn't really a challenge escaping one star...

I have a feeling I'll be spending a lot of my time in V doing small robberies like quite often.

I have every intention of having a play-through where I have Trevor kill all non-protagonists, on every single heist.

This is based purely on speculation, but I have an idea about one of the Heists shown in the gameplay trailer. The one I'm referring to is in the Screenshot below ~

Notice the picture of the Boat/Ship with a red circle around it, which looks to be the target of the Heist. In the picture, the ship is docked at what looks to be one of the wharfs in a dockyard. The wharfs ( or piers ) in the screenshot look like they have red X's drawn on them. Now I don't exactly know what this could mean, but I'll hazard a guess that it could mean that the Wharfs ( Piers ) are to be destroyed with explosives.

I also think that one of the options in the Heist is to sink the ship as well, and then have one ( probably only one judging by the arrows on the diagram ) of the protagonists dive down to steal the precious cargo.

The evidence is in another screenshot in the same Trailer ( towards the beginning ), where there is what looks to be a sunken cargo ship next to a sunken wharf/pier with what looks to be containers and cranes in the wreckage ( the two Cranes stand out because of their yellow colour).

The sunken Cargo Ship and Pier ( which I think are part of the heist in the other screen ) are in the screenshot below ~

Anyone agree/ disagree? Plus does anyone have any information about what this heist could possibly be about? Or what the target might be?

You could have it pretty much spot on.

I haven't got a clue what they could be stealing though

Well it's a cargo ship so they could be stealing....russian immigrants

Anyone else think that the things we might be stealing in these Heists might be more then just cash, jewels or gold bullion. That maybe the target could be human ~

Like for instance the mission seen in multiple previews and trailers, where the three protagonists kidnap the guy from the FIB Headquarters ( where Michael repels down the building ). This could perhaps be one of the 'Human Heists', where we are contacted by a criminal organisation or shadowy government figure and given a mission to kidnap a person from a heavily guarded building or safehouse. After which we receive a large sum of money upon delivery of the target ( and perhaps a bonus for doing it quietly and/or efficiently ).
