  1. You're fine to grab the Dragonstone. To be on the safe side, do side quests and get to level 6 or so, before turning it in.
  2. This is coming along nicely. Very impressive.
  3. To this day, Chris Jericho remains a treasured gift to the world of professional wrestling. I haven't watched it in years, but I'm always pleased to see that he's still turning up, from time to time. He also seems to be holding up a lot better than other wrestlers his age. Especially considering he was originally from ECW. Guys like Sandman and Balls Mahoney are literally just painkillers and liquor, at this point.
  4. I'm an Autumn man, myself. Doing anything in the Summer that doesn't involve air conditioning is usually a no-go, for me.
  5. Every scientific or mechanically inclined mind should have its quirks. A scientist or engineer who is all work and no play is one of the most boring motherfuckers on the planet, no matter how important their work is.
  6. Well, the whole point of not releasing a new AC last year was to take a step back and rethink everything they've done with the series. They've pretty much redesigned AC as an action rpg. Hopefully this won't fuck up the stealth gameplay that made them famous (and let's be honest, if you're not playing this game as stealth, you're doing it wrong) but I have my doubts.

    ANTHEM

From the point of view of someone who plays good MMOs... no. But Bioware has only done me wrong once, and that was Dragon Age II. Even then, I can't really fault them much, because they handled the qunari so well and set up a better story for Dragon Age Inquisition. I believe in Bioware. In a world of microtransaction-fueled online modes and four versions of Skyrim (coming soon for the Super NES!), there aren't many companies I can say that about. Also, don't act like you're not hype for mechs and power armor, Fanboy.
  8. On the other side of the coin, Fear the Walking Dead is actually better than TWD right now, because they don't have any source material to follow. They can maintain a GoT pace that lasts longer than the show they spun off from.
  9. Re: Spin-offs Drogo prequel or fuck off. He was the only relatable character on the show for me, until Tyrion became an alcoholic.
  10. Sounds like I owe Rockstar an apology. I'm sorry, Rockstar. When I said that GTAO couldn't possibly be any more of a shitty, uninteresting, desperate cash grab, I genuinely thought that it couldn't. I was wrong. Making people pay to unlock more shit they have to pay for is a pretty clever move.
  11. If I have one gripe, so far, it's that there were QTEs fucking everywhere, but I'm sure you'd hardly notice it, actually playing the game instead of just watching it. To make another reference to Ultimate Spider-Man, I'm hoping they include unlockable costumes. A fuckton of them. Bonus points for Iron Spider.
  12. I'm pretty fucking hype about this. It looks very much like a blend of the Arkham games and Assassin's Creed, gameplay-wise.
  13. It's not hard to murder someone who's already in the process of overdosing on heroin, nor would it have been hard to make it look like a suicide. But Alice in Chains was ten times the band Nirvana was, so fuck it.
  14. Black Flag and Syndicate were incredible and I can't recommend them enough. Just avoid Unity like the plague.
  15. If Bethesda doesn't announce TES VI tonight, they might as well not even exist, until the announcement finally comes. Edit: Aaaaaand they're dead to me.
  16. Cautiously intrigued. Still not a fan of the setting.
  17. I've always wanted to be Deadpool. Being Mister Sinister is working out just as well, though.
  18. Gwent was the bane of my existence. I wasn't interested in it, and assumed it would be a an inconsequential minigame that would never come up in the story after the tutorial, so I never bought any cards, never tried to learn the game, and never gave it a second thought. Lo and behold, it continued to pop up over and over again, fucking up my playthrough in small but infuriating ways.
  19. I come from Sons of Anarchy, The Walking Dead, and Game of Thrones. Shows that kill off their best characters for little to no reason don't phase me anymore.
  20. Resident Evil VII. Wait, when did that come out? Ah, fuck it.
  21. Other than being restricted to only one save file, Watch Dogs 2 was an excellent game. The first one was kind of boring, but Ubisoft has never gotten a new series right on their first try. See: Assassin's Creed.
  22. Not sure how I feel about them using my likeness for their antagonist.
  23. George R. R. Martin and I have similar taste in women. Third from left is where it's at.
