ehh, i have a friend who works for whirlpool (they're the big corporation around here) and he said it would take maybe 8 hours tops... could be done faster but it's new appliances, so i will wait it out... besides there's only condiments and a pound of hamburger left in there anyways... ohh and about a dozen beers too... but those might all be gone tonight...

i am just a few skills away from reaching level 50... i gained two levels at an imperial camp yesterday when i equipped light armor, a shield, the fast heal spell and started some shit... for 20 minutes i managed to improve light armor and block to 50, and restoration to 40-something... i spammed the hell out of those skills... and before that i was using the bound battleaxe for a while too, which improved two-handed drastically too... so my character is now well rounded in all phases of physical combat... i don't think i will work on his magic all that much, despite conjuration being at 50 and destruction at 40, because i am ready to create a new character... all i have left is the companion questline and the final daedric artifact, which ties into the werewolf stuff anyways...

i wonder where skyrim fits into this whole thing...
-
yea, i gotta wait a day for that one... it takes up to 12 hours before it starts to cool down and function like a fridge...
-
well, the parents have been wanting me to get new appliances for years, so i think so... they want to see them, and when they're in town, we usually go out to dinner....
-
*doesn't get it* yea, like i said, i will try to fit it in... we might eat a late lunch/early dinner so i might be available...
-
hey, sometimes life ruins shit.. this could be one of those days... ^ via imagic v2.1

i never agreed to play this monday in the first place... you just assumed...
-
ehh, whirlpool is taking them away... they might not haul it away if it's in pieces...
-
about time... i am still trying to get to level 50... i should start using alternative skills right now, or just buy up a bunch of skills...there's only 3 daedric artifacts left for me to find, and i am already partially through one of them... they're all located in or near falkreath, so that's where i am going next time i play... visited dawnstar for the first time today, i guess it's time to visit falkreath for the first time too, lol...

i am out... i'm getting new appliances on monday, it's time to ditch the fridge and oven from the 80's.... they had a good run...

wow, i'm surprised massacre hasn't done that quest yet, it's got one of the coolest rooms in the game... but yea, any NPC works for that quest...
-
poppers?? i get all kinds of primo-named shit... here's what i got at the moment... lemon cush and cinderella 99....

it is a little heavy on the right side in my opinion... but they clearly want to put an emphasis on the environment as the brazilian town is probably also one of the central characters itself...
-
i think by going with your "in 3rd's" theory, R* perhaps just wanted to put something of emphasis in that spot... maybe she could of been on the bottom right side and the city could of been in the center, but that would of messed up the balance... look at the heavy rain box art; she is off-centered... i don't think there is a certain formula to a design like this... sure there's what the textbooks say, but i think the staggered character faces behind her make it feel unorthodox, which actually applies to heavy rain quite well... with max payne, it does put a slight focus on her, and maybe that's what R* wants, she might be a very central chracter... or they could be doing the heavy rain thing and putting a hot female on the cover for sales...

if i clear a couple of rooms, i save on my 2nd file... i only ever replace the original if i am satisfied with the progress, which is 99% of the time... there was a couple times where i went back an hour or less... but that's where the autosave comes in handy, when dealing with the politics of skyrim... battle saves are usually justified, but sometimes you might say the wrong thing and didn't mean for it to break down like that... and you feel ecstatic that it saved before you entered the room...
-
i am actually still using the autosave because it's not too much of a nuisance to occasionally make a save for me when not thinking about it... i can always reload one of those if i need to... my main change with it was delaying the autosave when stationary, or navigating the menus... default is 15 minutes, so i changed that to an hour... i love a good autosave when entering a new section of a cave or ruin...

i've had a few freezes on the civil war quest, but things are back to normal now for me... you should look into sending your game save to bethesda so they can try to figure it out... they might not get to it, but it might also help their next update... after the last one, my game has run quite smooth up until a couple nights ago when it locked up fighting for the stormcloaks... but it's been fine ever since... i hear you on the PS3 troubles though, before the last update i had numerous slow downs... nothing that crashed the game, but a frame rate that pretty much made it unplayable...

http://ps3.ign.com/articles/121/1219876p1.html yea, nothing new to report in this latest edition of "i got beat by every gaming news site" article... however, it's just like assassin's creed where you have to find the hidden nugget of info... there's a history lesson video from colin moriarty (haha awesome) about the leaked images from last week... he is pretty much spot on with his assumptions, but also adds a few more nuggets of info about the revolutionary era and after watching his video, then re-watching the debut trailer, it's pretty impressive...

heading towards 47, just shut it... it's a lot slower the later you get, and i am not exactly looking to grind skills at the moment, i am trophy hunting... i just reached 46 about 15 minutes ago... i have collected 4 daedric artifacts since i last posted... but i have ran into a problem, most of the remaining artifact quests are in fact started in the two towns i have yet to visit... dawnstar and falkreath... and besides, once i reach 50, i am starting a new character... i have done a lot with this one, but i am so ready to create a couple of new characters, like a sneak-thief and a older than dirt blind mage... i want to save those additional levels past 50 for the eventual DLC... EDIT: also, i got a good challenge in my last location... i mean, i've had it easy playing this game, i haven't had to use a health potion in probably over a hundred hours... but in this cave which housed the dawnbreaker, the final room forced me to use them... i've used the "fast heal" spell here and there when needed (which was also quite rare), but i literally felt like a low leveled cadman from early in my journey... i was losing health fast in that battle... a worthy adversary as one would put it... it makes me proud that i've lugged around about a dozen different potions for many many many hours, hoping for a day like today when it ended up saving my life and turning the battle in my favor... EDIT2: nabbed my 5th artifact today just now... only 4 more to go, unless i really do have to get the skeleton key... it says it's optional, but the join thieves guild quest is in my queue, i just haven't touched it since i first arrived in riften...
-
shit, i forgot about this... ohh well, i am just now available, which would of been 15 minutes late anyways... maybe next week...
-
yea, i fast travel a lot now too... i usually fast-travel to the closest location, but that always depends on if the location is in the mountains somewhere... then i might have to re-fast travel to different location because the 1st one never had a path up the mountain... but i do love running around whiterun... i've been out there a lot hunting game for pelts and souls... i could easily find my away around that reach... and the rift as well... the rest are easy to get lost in for me...
-
that photo was taken near dragonbridge actually... but that would be the reach...
-
i forgot to post these earlier but i had a couple photos worth sharing... after moving mjoll to my windhelm pad, her buddy followed her... i had to take care of that... and by take care, you know what i mean... the other was a funny sight i saw on a road somewhere... ^ via imagic v2.1 ohh fuck this stupid ipod app... here's the other... ^ via imagic v2.1
