apparently that trailer i posted above is only 1/7th of the games environment... that's the swamp lands... the big apple has been divided into 7 wonders, which represent 7 bio domes, each with their own environment... are they running experiments or something?? dunno why there's 7 domes in manhatten, but there's gonna be a lot of variety in each one, that's for sure... and it also takes place a dozen or more years after crysis 2... EDIT: ohh, screenshot ...

not too shabby... it's an alien invasion kind of story... you wear a super nano-suit that turns whoever wears it into a superhuman... the aliens showed up somewhere in korea i think, looking to take over our planet for the obvious reasons; resources and a place to inhabit... you're one of the last remaining hopes of fighting off the aliens, but if we're on game 3 already, hope is becoming a distant thought... and now you're being sent into the liberty zone to try and finish off the new york threat from the second game, even though it seemed like you made great strides at that in the 2nd one... something tells me there's still a threat in other places, but the new york threat probably holds a key piece to the puzzle... and the fucking graphics are fucking amazing to me... the world looks so lifelike...

yea, i said i wasn't gonna play this for a while but i made the mistake of starting a new character last night... and lookie lookie, another playthrough that already feels nothing like my previous 2... i am only a level 4 orc, but i already have the ring of hircine and i am on my way to whiterun to join the companions... yup, i am about to be an orc werewolf, but we'll see how far that takes me... i kinda want to start up my mage too and play both files side by side... fuck it, i can't stop playing skyrim so i might as well just keep creating characters and stories until i get bored with it i guess..

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VGxw_Csh0uQ the official launch trailer was just released and i am loving every second of it!! ... the crossbow is gonna add another element to sneak i think... kinda curious to see what other uses they have for it as it looks like a gun that transforms into a crossbow when needed... cryisis has quickly become my favorite FPS and that's saying something since i really don't care for the genre all that much... but this game is almost like a sandbox version of a FPS... sure you're on a linear path, but when you reach a battle zone, you are given free reign on how you want to tackle it... sneak around the action?? run into the middle of it?? snipe from a vantage point?? a combination of all the above?? they even map out the tactical options for you so you can choose how you want to handle the current situation... yea, it's a long ways away, but i am still excited... perhaps until then i will buy and beat the 1st crysis... i was never able to play it since it was a PC game for the longest time... but they re-released them in the network stores so i am gonna buy it someday soon... and i do plan on buying crysis 2 as well so i can beat that again... crysis 2 was the one that made me a fan of it's unique approach the the genre... this screenshot still gets me every time ; that's really what grabs my attention when it comes to FPS'ers... it's gotta be unique, and not a mindless shooter...

he's aged well in this series... he's become an icon of this generation and it's a shame to see the journey end... but 3 games is enough to flesh out all there is to see with ezio... even the altair segments help bring closure to that character too... i think revelations was a complete success, despite it feeling just like all the ones before it... i didn't have that feeling of awesomeness like i did when i first played ACII, but the story in revelations is what makes the journey all worth it... if you've played the previous ones, you have to play revelations... and if you've played all the previous games, you kind of owe it to yourself to continue on and never miss another AC game... after 4 games, you're pretty much forced to go where ubisoft wants to take you, unless you are sick of the amazing story already...

rockstar games and bethesda studios make games i like... i don't think there's a loyalty to anything outside of that... perhaps maxis, but they're no loner together... but i loved all the "sim" games like the sims, sim city and to an extent, spore... if i am looking at publisher loyalty, i think 80% of my games are EA games... gotta give them some credit, they've repaired their image the past few years... sure they still pump out yearly sports games, but the rest of their arsenal's quality has improved... other publishers like activision are becoming the old "EA", crap for profits...

i've heard of arrows to the knee, but never daggers to the thigh...

so i uhh, got the platinum trophy about an hour ago... i think i am gonna take a break from skyrim for the time being, play something else or go outside for a change...

look what the gods bestowed upon me today... check that expiration date too ... jackpot... that trick you mentioned never works for me... they clear the game cases prior to putting them on display because they have to put the manuel and game in a different case... <{ i posted this while taking a shit!! }

thanks dup, i had not seen that yet... i am definitely gonna have to rent this game when it comes out... i seriously want to play it, but i don't know if i will stay entertained after the 1st play-through... as exciting as the uncharted series was, and this game feels as dramatic and gritty in the gunfight department, it never carried me into the multiplayer or another replay... i know it's gonna be good, and i look forward to it... but even the multiplayer isn't going to keep me interested if i can't drive a car and cause some destruction... in all seriousness, shootouts and deathmatches only hold my attention for so long... when i do rent it, if the multiplayer is free, i will join in on a couple of matches with you guys though ...

there's a trick i found while scouring the internet, i will let you know if it works... i am gonna leave him at the sanctuary and run over to falkreath and purchase a horse and ride him for a while... probably kill it too... supposedly once you mount another horse, that one becomes the main one... thus making shadowmere forever wait where you left him.... let's see if this this works, i will report back with the findings... SHIT, falkreath doesn't have a stable... i'll have to try to see if i can store it in my hometown riften,... =========================== EDIT: ha, so far it does work... i dunno why this isn't big news and i had to read other forum posts to find it... i parked him in a stable and stole the horse that was occupying it... i mounted then fast-traveled to somewhere not too far away, then i let a pack of wolves kill it... i traveled back to riften stables and not only is shadowmere still where i left him, but the horse i let die also re-spawned... i just got done doing a contract kill and when i traveled back to the stables, he was still there ... nice... even if he does somehow disappear after a while, at least i know i gave it a shot... it's not like i ever used the horses anyways, but this one is too cool to lose... i hope he stays in the riften stables until i finish up the brotherhood quests.... i would love to use him after leaving a dwarven ruin... i read you can get on a horse over-encumbered and fast-travel somewhere...

umm, quick question... where can i store a horse?? i have shadowmere, but when i fast-travel he follows me... i don't want him right now, i want to leave him somewhere so i can come back another time and ride him... he's pointless to bring along where i'm going but he still follows me... i tried leaving him from whence he came but he still followed me to a different location... can you leave him at a stable somewhere???
