i had him on my fantasy team one of those years, he missed a game... maybe he stayed healthy last season... either way, i know the value of having a running back you can line up at WR, matt forte is one of the best pass catching RB's in the league... it doesn't matter what the scheme is, it always helps to have a marshall faulk in the backfield... i thought it was a good sign for the lions, and he genuinely wanted to be there, it was the only team he was really interested in playing for... new coach, new system for my team this year... an aging defense, but good young solid talent all around the stars... i liked all our draft picks, but it's going to come down to that offensive line once again this year... signing bushrod was a great move, and i think howie long's kid will eventually find his place on that line, but jay cutler has taken so many hits and sacks since he's been in chicago that i just hope it finally stops... he's a great QB, he's proven since he's gotten here that he can work under lots of pressure... he only needs a little more time back there to be truly great...

^that... i've never owned one, i used to always use gamefaqs.com... nowadays there's wikia's and even IGN has stepped it up with their guides that it's actually worth checking their stuff out, i am using it right now for last of us... plus, if i owned that guide i would be tempted to flip through and possibly spoil some of the missions...

i am a fan of all detroit sports, including the lions... but the lions are my second favorite football team because when i first started watching football, i was watching the chicago bears... the lions never gave me a reason to like them... and they still don't... i root for them, just not when they play the bears... for as good as they've gotten in the past few years under mayhew, they have an incidents like arrests or suh being stupid to set them back... for every good step they take, they take 2 bad ones in the wrong direction... and usually those steps are on packers offensive linemen from suh

how do you gain a level? i earned a bunch of shit but never leveled up... my camp is up to 12 people i think, but i don't really know what to do with that... if i stop playing for a couple of days, do the people in my camp starve?? i'll give it another go tonight, but if there is more of the same, plus the bugs on top of that, then i am done with it...

ok, online sucks donkey balls... i just got done playing with a bunch of frat boys who teabagged after every kill... i had two kills the first match, and none over the next 4 matches... i don't think i'll play much of this, i didn't even gain a fucking level... what a waste of time... EDIT: now i can't find a match and it just locked up... i don't even know if i want to continue on anymore with the amount of times it's locked up my PS3 or stuck me with ridiculously long load times and glitches galore... is this game even worth it anymore??

this is what i did all day sunday... i chased this ball across acres of sunshine...

so i started a new game on hard, i am still unsure about playing this on survival because i whore joel's noise detection ability and i know for a fact i will struggle without that... so it'll be something i will consider some day down the road since i will still have another playthrough where i beat it on hard + after this current play... i am using a guide to find the collectibles i missed... according to the stats for each level i didn't miss many ... the conversation ones will be the hardest part since i still have audio issues and general bugs on a consistence basis, so i'll save that for later too after a patch... i've already seen NPC's freeze in the middle of an animation sequence, while hilariously watching each character in a stiff pose trying to play " "... here's a moment where i went for the silent kill and both of the characters stood there for 10 seconds... all of a sudden he's dead and still standing there... so i took that as a photo opportunity ... now that's how you bribe the guard into letting you pass through... ------ also, here's a random shot i took, it's the things you see the second time through, like the ration line near the beginning of the game i missed the first time... i hope to find more cool little things i missed the first time like this... i'll keep the rest in spoilers if it shows off anything key to the game... but so far these are harmless... ----- i might dabble in the online shit tonight... last time i tried it wouldn't connect me to a game...

we'll see if the game still acts up the 2nd time i play it... oh yea, there will be a second time, it's that good... i am still thinking about the ending... that was just, wow... EDIT: also, i unlocked the "unlock all locked doors with a shiv" trophy the first time through... and here i thought i missed a bunch of them... i guess i was more thorough that i thought i was ... leave it to fallout to teach me how to scavenge the wasteland...

where are you and jamie at as far as percentage complete?? i am itching to talk story with some of you ...

it uses voice recognition too, so even if you had the camera pointing the wrong direction it would still turn on if you said, "xbox on"... i am totally gonna fuck with people when i go their house and see they have one... just at random moments i am gonna yell, "xbox on" or shout "xbox go home" and "xbox tv" when they're playing games ... xbox one, the ultimate trolling system...

re-installing must of done the trick despite the amount of times i had to restart, even after initially re-installing...it's brilliant, and worth playing again and maybe again... it took a while too, roughly 16 hours, a little longer than an uncharted game... once i got near the end it started clicking on how to play at the utmost highest level that i want to play it again and tear up every single area knowing just how to tackle it... it's like playing as a hitman, mixed with some uncharted flavor... you're going to be fighting to stay alive for the most part, clinging to the gear you already have... it's an epic story though, and full of crazy fucking moments that happen in the story and when you're trying to desperately make it through an area... the game stays true to it's formula from start to finish... it started off with one of the best opening scenes, and never lets up throughout... i can see why it got some perfect scores, but i saw a couple of not so good things that stood out to me, especially those loading issues and enemies popping up right in front of me, or ground textures not loading, forcing my character to treat them like a cliff, forcing a reload... or the sometimes funny ally AI that ran right in front of enemies unnoticed... shit like that... otherwise it is perfect, but those glitches and awkward moments are enough to make it more like a 8.5/9 for me... it's well worth the journey though.. buy the ticket, take the ride...

god damn the fucking bugs and stalls and delays trying to play this brilliant game!! it pauses forever after death sometimes, it fails to even load other times, it blacks out for a bit before some cutscenes, and sometimes it just plays dumb with me by removing enemies i once saw before my last death... i don't get it, why am i struggling to play this game?? i am currently stuck somewhere a few chapters from the end, i am going on my 2nd system restart because after dying a couple of times, the game stops loading... seriously, WTF...

I figure that Pop left him out there due to loyalty. It still doesn't make sense though, he has had a terrible series outside of one game. And I can't get over the fact that Parker of all players was on the bench. And as for Manu retiring, I think he should (I don't think he will though). It is clear thst his best, or even good years are way behind him, and I think he should go out (almost) on top and cap off his hall of fame career. they never do, he'll be on the bench for many more years... not sure about the hall of fame for him though... 6th men never usually get the nod... i do know he has an olympic gold with argentina but that doesn't effect hall voting...
