Those of you that are wondering what to expect in the wilderness, and hasn't seen or been to L.A.'s extended countryside (like me) then have a watch of some of the videos here i found. They really do give you a great perspective on things.

In the new screens it's pretty much confirmed tennis will be a playable activity. GTA IV we had bowling and shit, we could do all sorts of friend activities. I got to ask, does anyone actually care about that sort of thing? I thought the whole friendship thing in IV was really really boring - except getting drunk, that was fun. I hope I am not the only one that thinks Rockstar shoudnt waste their time making these sort of activities and instead concentrate on fun things like burglary, drug dealing, raiding warehouses, hijacking trucks full of stuff you can sell on the black market, arms dealing/smuggling, gang wars.. etc. Betting on horses and card games were great in SA, alot more fun than bowling with Roman. The truth is, Im not that excited about GTA V if its going in the same direction as IV. Instead of "hey cousin, lets go bowling" every 10mins, it will be "hey Ned Luke, lets play tennis".

Well that's obvious.. because you can't fly harrier jets in RDR.

I'm personally not surprised by this, but i thought i'd show you guys anyway. This is the difference between the phrases "in-engine" and "in-game" as some people expect the game to look as pretty as the screenshots. The screenshots aren't like cgi cutscenes, they're just beauty stills which can be tweaked in photoshop and other image software. in-engine: in-game:

Let's be honest here. The money is going towards hookers and hookers only for a lot of us.

I think money will be spent for things you need to complete missions... Stealth car, vehicle modifactions... Bribes.. Ect.. Maybe youll use it to pay your mortgage..

I think that if Rock* really haven't included the ability to purchase property (I know Rock* have said no, but I live in hope), I imagine they'll let you upgrade your house/apartment/trailer/mansion, as well as some car customisation

Other than visiting their family and not having time to visit the forums?

I'm terrified of the bottom of the ocean.... but im going under there anyway..... but when a shark attack's me.... illl shit myself.

i think i'll play as michael or trevor most of the time. but i'll still travel using each character instead of just switching to trevor to get countryside. travelling is part of the fun
