I didn't know skill and precision was considered an aim-bot. The sad part that's the first time I've really played GTA since July.

    Yeah especially with international private matches. RDR was terrible with match making and syncing. People losing connection every couples of minutes. As soon as one person joined someone would be kicked to make room. Otherwise we would have had way more RDR matches, seeing as it was so popular around here. I think that was the Servers that was being used because the Xbox servers are pretty stable for GTA IV and RDR the only glitches I really notice is on IV where nothing spawns anywhere, it's normally the host is bad and needs a new host. The dropping of random players sounds like it's the servers imo.

    While the idea of storing the profile on the control is good, I feel it has a downside to it that might not be thought of. There's been a few times where my controller has downright died on me and would hate for this to happen to me if my profile was attached to my controller.

    He probably thinks the bigger the number the better it is. I personally believe anything over 120 is Overkill, 240hz is preferred if you watch alot of sports. I use a 42" Samsung LCD. The ps3 tv allowed you to play 4 player split screen, each player "saw" a full screen because of the high refresh rate. That would be cool, wasnt 600hz though. I heard about that tv but the ad for it I saw was for two players.

    In my opinion I'd say the price is a bit high but still reasonable, I personally save some more and buy a newer model (not necessarily new). But that also depends on what you want to do with it. If all you do is browse the internet then I'd say that laptop would be fine.

    Depends on price. 160GB HDD will work depends on what all you need for space Windows 7 only requires at most 20GB, I don't know anything about the celeron processor but 1.8ghz seems pretty obsolete. The OS you have is great I prefer Ultimate because of BitLocker and a few other features, the 3GB RAM is pretty average nowadays for laptops.

    LED use LED backlighting instead of fluorescent backlighting. The main difference is cost efficiency.

What software, specifically, did you get beta access to? PM me anytime. I'm not aware if the software I've tested has been released to the public, but a general Idea of the NDA would be Microsoft preview program, It's not as strict as an Actual NDA for game developers would be it gives a general idea. On topic: I think we'll get a few more videos sorta like how they did it for IV & TBoGT, they're release character trailers.

    Wow. It goes so deep. Where do you get your knowledge? Thanks for all the enlightenment, everyone. I appreciate your help. You all are a smart group of people, and the majority of you are decent. I took a intro to game programming course for dual credit in my Senior year of High School for both High School and College credit. I had plans going into college majoring in Programming but extenuating circumstances put a hold in this. We talked a lot about the industry and I learnt some programming but that was mostly Flash, Java & Python (I learnt others modding games on my own time) I've actually signed an NDA for a few companies to get beta software so that also helped.

    Thank you, Con. I find it amazing that all these people are able to keep industry secrets...That's why I can't get hired at any major game companies. That and I know nothing of game development. That's a shame. Looks like we'll just have to feast our eyes on information and screens. The industry has said before they get consoles early to develop games along side the development of the console. Also the NDA they sign is pretty enticing to make sure you keep your mouth closed other wise you're fucked. After spending all those hours trying to get into the industry I wouldn't want to fuck that up and completely have no chance of getting back into the industry.

    Game Developers get a Alpha or Beta console to design games for, that's why when a game system launches none of the games grab the consoles full potential until later in the cycle since they're still figuring out the console.
