  2. Actually some police departments do use lasers on their weapons. It's more for advanced weapons and not pistols (which are equipped with flashlights). Learn your facts.
  3. There's 3 models. A Crown Vic (Vapid) Charger (Buffalo) and Caprice? (New Model). Usually there are more than one type of car in a jurisdiction which is good this time around because in San Andreas they just had different markings. Being a huge police buff here is what I'd like to see. City Police (which we know we'll have) similar to the LAPD in terms of uniform, police vehicles, and so on. County Police or Sheriff (they could use the LACOPS but that was dissolved and taken over by LA County Sheriff Department/Office in 2010). This would cover the whole of the map (city and country) like in real life. Seeing both departments in the same area would be very nice. County Police or Sheriff's would use both patrol cars and SUV's like a Tahoe based on location. All though the ranger was nice, it's outdated. A newer SUV would be a lot better. (Landstalker which is also based off the Tahoe and Explorer). To Brawk, a Lamborghini is a rather dumb idea. They are only used on patrolling highways with no speed limit in Italy, and Germany has it's own police force patrolling the Autobahn (using Porches and other German engineered vehicles). Military should not be aloud within city limits, that is not their job. Edit: Maybe this should be merged with the More Realistic Police topic?
  4. Yeah I could add them to my rock collection and brag to my friends.
  5. It's still an interesting concept.
  6. how would anything ever get made if it was classed as a stupid idea because it hadn't been done before lol. no one knows what Rockstar are doing right now, tomorrow or in the future lol. It's not like it's something that has potential. The idea is stupid. Like Clip said it's not like QD is saying this realistically, but let me ask you this. From a market standpoint, do you really think the majority of people would realistically go out and spend $180 on three games that should just be one game? From a consumer stand point, would you really want to have to spend that kind of money to get one game split into three parts? Marney says he spent around $300 because he also bought his PS3 for it, but he can use his PS3 for a lot of other things. From a business stand point, do you think that you would get really good reviews and future sales without a lot of critique? The idea would fail in my opinion.
  7. Skipped breakfast, pot pie for lunch, brats and fries for dinner.
  8. Since we live in apartments there really is no place to grow your own stuff besides in a flower pot (suburban apartments). We grew cherry tomato's for 2 or 3 years but kids started coming around and messing with it and we gave up after that.
  9. The episodes of Liberty City were not locked like in previous GTA games. I honestly would like the satisfaction of unlocking it since it'll be a lot bigger (meaning there should be more to explore before getting bored of the area like in IV).
  10. Asian would be cool, however I don't want one to be in Triad or any gang for that matter. Maybe he could be a guy trying to escape from gang members but the only way he can do so is by moving to the new city and killing those who hunt him down.
  11. Must have thought you were time wasting or something. All I can think of. It was for the other player though, not me. Oh, it was an automated message rather than a player complaining? Yes click on the picture and read it, it'll increase the size a little or make it clearer.

  13. illivana, the timer ran out then I got that message in the chat
  14. Two games, one really was just a waiting time, the other "fair play violation" I didn't understand, though time still ran out.
  15. Well part of the reason is that it takes 7 minutes for radio waves to go back and fourth between Mars and Earth. So you have 14 minutes back and fourth. They were mostly designed to go slow so that way they don't wind up going into a crater or rock at 50 MPH. Basically a safety precaution. It also moves slow so they don't miss anything and they often stop to take photographs and preform various other types of experiments.
  16. GTA IV was released in 2008 TLAD, TBoGT, and China Town Wars were all released in 2009. In my opinion this time around they should release one each year. So GTA V in 2013, DLC 1 in 2014 and then DLC 2 in 2015 with maybe a third release in 2016. Then if there is going to be another GTA it'll be released in 2017. Or two in 2014 and one in 2015.
  17. For show I guess, just thought the pieces looked cool.
