my home internet test results are on page 2, i got a C score ... but i thought i'd try out my work connection today... where i work, i would be pissed if it were anything less than an A... we use the internet 99% of the time...

yea, i liked ryder, but i knew me and him were gonna have problems since all he ever did was bitch and complain any time CJ did something... it's fitting that he's the one to teach you how to rob houses though ... i hope they bring that back in the new GTA...

i could see it being beneficiary if it's used for menus or casting spells and shit like that, stuff that's not used 95% of the time like a control stick... being forced to use it for cheap gimmicky games will undoubtely kill off sony for good... look at how well the kinect and move are doing as competitors for the wii... yea, not as well as expected... core gamers are still not sold on cheap parlor tricks like motion tech and touch screens... it's the casual gamers that are dilutting the gaming industry and the only way to reach them is to roll out this shit... the gaming insustry has drastically changed since the wii and ipod touch came out, and core gamers are starting to get left behind because we don't want to use that tech..

sorry about that... i wasn't spoiling the story per say, just where i was at... i'll use spoiler tags, but i am done with the story now so i doubt i have much to talk about when it comes to that anymore... EDIT: yea, i might of said too much in my earlier post... i tend to forget about the spoiler tags when i am drunk ...

i don't mess with torrents, at all... i used to, but i got sick of downloading viruses and crashing my computer... you can stream just about any movie or song through the internet these days, there's no point in downloading anymore... i pay for programs and games though... call me old fashioned, but i like to support what i like... hollywood and the music industry?? they've screwed me over plenty of times, they hardly ever get my money anymore...

the draugr deathlords kept the action intense for a bit, but yea it was pretty easy... and i just got the call tonight that i have half-off rentals again!! i just beat skyrim in the nick of time, now i gotta rent assassins creed revelations and maybe, just maybe, dante's inferno... but then it's right back to skyrim ... i could use this nice change up for a couple of weeks...

SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS!!!! holy shit, i whipped through the story missions!! i am about to trap a dragon to learn of alduin's destination... in two hours i manged to knock out at least 3 main quests, so i am on the final leg of the story... i am so glad i held off on the civil war till now... that was an intense temporary peace treaty i had to negotiate with the imperials and stormcloaks in order to have a chance at defeating the dragons... but i am sure that once the story is complete, it will be back to war as usual... i am still undecided on which side i want to pick in the civil war, i am still leaning towards the stormcloaks... time to see what i can knock out tonight... EDIT: WTF, i called for the dragon and he never showed up!! so i went back to my save file and the game crashed, and now my system is doing a restore because of the way it last got shut down... this is not good, i sure hope i am able to pass this mission or i am fucked... EDIT2: ok, apparently i wasn't holding the shout button down long enough... however, THE FUCKING SHOUT METER NEVER RESETS AND NOW I CAN'T DO ANOTHER SHOUT!!! WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON!!!!!!!! EDIT3: finally!! all it took was numerous restarts... fuck... -------------------- game over... the last act of the game went by really fast... good shit though, looking forward to many more hours spent on the civil war, and finding daedric artifacts, and dragon priests, and working on guild quests, and leveling up some more, and... yea... all i gotta say is;

yea, that's a shitty problem you got there HBH... if all ends fail, i guess you could try to import the euro version of GTAIV, which could fix the problem you're having, but you'd also have to re-purchase the game which never makes sense... i would of saved that money for PSN games, and bought the disc version of both games... it can't be that much these days... but i do hope that they at least make an effort to listen to you... and i feel you on the skyrim lag ... it's starting to fuck up my game...

you beat the game?? fuck, i just recovered the elder scroll, i got a ways to go yet...

just cause 2 worked like fallout and skyrim; if you make the trek all the way across the map, you unlock the ability to fast-travel to that town on the other side of the map, thus cutting the travel time down drastically... also, you start to learn of the helicopter locations and planes to help cut the travel time down even more... it doesn't hurt to liberate an airport for that very reason...

lots of stuff to blow up though... and besides, who wants to go into a 3rd world country shop when you can call the black market??

yup, skyrim is sucking just as much of your life away as it is mine... in two weeks, you'll be over 175 hours too ...

yea, i never enjoyed it on the PS2... if you're playing the beta though, you have to expect shitty servers... you're a guinea pig, a test subject, you're there to try and break the server so they know how to handle the situation... plus expose bugs and glitches of course...

i heard marney had some problems today with the network... i haven't logged on in a few days, was it a maintenance thing?? new update again?? i wanted to bump this topic for a couple of reasons; http://blog.us.playstation.com/2012/01/31/playstation-plus-february-preview-free-the-simpsons-arcade-game-far-cry-2-final-fantasy-v-and-more/ the simpsons arcade game comes out next week, and i am actually looking forward to it... i've sank my fair share of quarters into that machine at the bowling alley when i was going up... i never got far since the quarters usually ran out, but i can't wait to live it again... ohh, and it's free to PS+ users ... and so is a copy of "far cry 2" on valentines day... i actually enjoyed playing it and it was on my short-list of bargain bin purchases... nothing is more of a bargain than free... also, i think there's suppose to be a twisted metal demo at some point, but i wasn't looking forward to that one, it's not my thing... but lots of people are looking forward to it...

i still can't believe that's the dad from malcolm in the middle...

check the hours played, if you're roughly less than half of mine, then you're on my pace ... last time i check it was around 178 hours... you find that info out my checking your save file, before you save over it... or go to the load screen and bring up a file without loading it... ...unless it's different on the PC than it is on the PS3...

ehh, i haven't followed the news on this game since it was announced... looking forward to renting it later this year though, but it is clearly not a purchasable title for me... this might be the 1st R* game i actually don't buy in quite a few years...

well, i am sure the skills i use a lot will be at 100 when i reach level 50... so, i did my build correctly i pressume, and shouldn't have a problem once i reach the soft cap... but that fact that after level 50 i can work on my other skills is a nice bonus... i don't mind that it takes longer to level, it just means i have even more time to enjoy the world i live in ...

i've never ever met an eve in my life, nor do i know someone who knows someone with that name...

ok... that's a pretty high number too, i could see myself getting a magic skill to 50 in just one, maybe to levels... i would like speech to be better, but the only way i can do that is by selling shit and to persuade someone in convo... i am at 43 in that skil i think... ---------- what is the deal with blackreach?!?! that's one crazy place, i tell you what... i felt like i was on skooma or something...
