I can only use about 8 different fonts which are installed on all PC's by default. Any custom fonts can only be used on images otherwise people wont be able to see them and it'll default to times new roman or something shit.

I changed it slightly to make it a bit easier on the eye. Made the line height bigger. And added slight letter spacing

Ok guys, you'll now see there's a "Your Account" block on the website homepage. If you're logged in, the website should know who you are. If not, there'll be a login form for you to fill out with your forum account details and you'll be logged in. Doing this means you can now post comments under your forum name. I will also be adding more new features to the website specifically for logged in members in the future. Let me know if there's any problems.

Ok guys, the website is now integrated with the forums. If you're logged in on here, you can post a comment under that name on the website. If you lot could test it for me by making comments (particularly as guests and people in different user groups - mods, admins, gold members, regular members) it would be appreciated.

How would you guys improve the front-end website? - http://www.iGTA5.com I know most of you skip it and come straight to these here forums, but ensuring the main website is as useful and user friendly as possible is my main priority. The forums effectively run theirself, but I need to ensure that visitors are enjoying browsing through the content on the site. I appreciate any and all feedback on the website. Whether you don't like the colours, the fonts are too hard to read, you'd like to see specific features implemented (e.g. the ability to log in and post comments with your forum account)... Let me know here. Not promising to make all requested changes or developments, but if enough people think something will improve the site, I'm all ears. Thanks.

I am not argueing with psy, He would know, was he not one of the beta testers? Nah I'm not a beta tester. I get to play the games slightly before release, but I have nothing official to do with the games up until that point.

My theory on multiple protagonists is that it could be set in 2 different time periods. In the 70's you play as a gangster building up an empire in Las Venturas (casinos etc), then fast forward to modern day and you play as someone else who is starting from the bottom trying to take over... Or something...

Do they not? I do... Considering the game won't be an exact replica of LA, it will be set 50 years in the future (from LA Noire) and it will include San Francisco and Las Vegas too... Hmm. I think you'll find most would disagree.

A few things for you guys... 1. Rockstar have been reading this topic. 2. I think the trailer will either say "Coming 2012" or maybe give details of a second trailer like "Second Trailer Coming December 24" or something. Can't imagine there'll be a release date already, but I could be wrong. 3. I think we're still looking at modern day San Andreas, just based off those voice artist casting calls awhile back. One of the characters was an online gamer, so that would definitely point to a modern setting and the majority of the characters were based in Hollywood/California. I actually think the game will: Be set in California in the modern day (including Los Angeles, San Francisco and Vegas). Will also include an island off the coast (Hawaii) which may turn out to be like "Vice City". May include part of mexico.

Did you try saving it to your PC first?

I'll consider archiving the old forum, but in the long run, that site will remain a GTA portal. Just happens we'll get more traffic with a stand alone site for GTA 5.

The original Call of Duty (PC) - before it went epically mainstream on consoles and the PC was forgotten about... That's a good WW2 game. FPS, but it's set around small towns and so on. One of my favourite games ever. Played it about 50 times.

You can encode it as you capture it which slightly reduces the quality, but that will generally get you maybe 3 or 4 mins per GB. Then you can reduce the video size if you want to make it even more space efficient. Generally I record uncompressed so I can rip perfect HD screenshots, then just delete the video.

I have this (Intensity Pro), but you need a pretty decent PC with lots of hard drive space to capture high def stuff. It uses like 1GB per minute to record uncompressed stuff. Can't record HDMI from the PS3 though cos it's encrypted. Need to record using the composite cable.

TBH although that looks amazing, even as a non-American I find that in bad taste. Not once in the video did they say RIP to those who lost their lives and I didn't really see anything in game that mentioned that either, and they're even asking people to DONATE to them to build it! All it's going to do is cause Rockstar more controversy when someone flies a plane into it and makes a video and newspapers will just go straight with "gta lets you recreate terrorist attacks"... 18 months well and truely wasted as far as I'm concerned.
