  1. Here are some Secret Weapon locations ( which you can use to get unlimited ammo ).

    Just quick-save then reload the game, and it will respawn ( giving you unlimited ammo ). The same goes for all of the other weapons as well.

    that's completely unneccessary. every weapon pickup scattered across the world respawns after 60sec, so just stand in the exact location of the pickup and get your free ammo. no reload no on/off tuning no nothing. just waiting.


  2. I kind of dislike the audio settings menu.

    it should have more depth beyond music and sfx. to me, it feels like every fucking word said is at twice the volume of everything else even tho voice boost is at 0... plus the sound of the car you drive doesn't really leap out of the ambient sounds, often "drowns" in them, like I'm idling at a red light and the idling car next to me is a good bit louder than my own. now they finally got car sounds back on the right track after the iv-thing and now this..


  3. so far I only had this problem with franklin's garage.

    michael's seem to work fine for me even tho ppl report the same phenomenon here.

    across the internet, this seem to be a maybe thing, some have this problem, others don't.

    consensus is to use the garage that comes with the se/ce or can be bought.

    also, the downloadable manual "app" says the following:

    To purchase cars, they must first own a garage (skipping boats and planes). If an owned vehicle is destroyed it will reappear at any residential property that the character owns with a garage (note that this does not include safe houses). (skipping impound lot and ls customs) Once a character has customized a car, he will take ownership.

    first of all, why do I take ownership of a car that basically goes up on plain air right on my fucking private property??

    and second, mind the bullshit part about cars and savehouses. dafuq? what point does a garage at a savehouse have if it is only semi-functional and basically eats cars?

    I really hope R* reconsiders this idea and patches it out of the game so that the safehouse garages work just the way one would expect it.


  4. so... has anyone seen this yet?

    I'm missing like the 3rd or 4th car from franklin's garage at his home now.

    no problem yet with michael's garage tho so I wonder if this is a franklin exclusive?

    further, the cars concerned didn't show up at the impound so I consider them a goner...

    on a sidenote, one of the now missing cars once turned up twice ingame, an instance in the garage and the other parked across the street... I think there's some weird voodoo shit going on with this garage...

    Just throwing it out there, but there could be more aircraft locations then the few airports suggest. Remember in San Andreas the crop duster that was ontop of the hill to the NE of Mt Chiliad with a airstrip so short it didn't really show on the map...

    found this at gtaforums. probably answers the question.

    that air plane in the last picture is located on the airstrip close to sandy shores

    there is a brown strip that looks like a airstrip in grapeseed, where the first pics are from and it looks like you can buy it as there is aproperty icon ther aswell

    are you sure?

    because "old" screenshots aswell as the map suggest that the airfield you're talking about has paved surfaces.

  7. if that scale in the lower left gives us 1000 meters length (which it seems to do, lower bar, middle figure is 3 digits, right figure 4) the map is roughly 16km high by 12km wide with the city at 8.5km high by 6km wide (incl vinewood hills, excluding that part with the oil pumps), or 10miles high by 7.5miles with the city 5miles by 4miles. some 75 sqmi minus the coastline, so I guess something between 50 and 60 sqmi area. not bad.

  8. 2 things:

    1) the city looks considerably massive in the trailer. take the parachute scene and compare it to the map. it's just about 1/3 of the city you see... well...

    anways

    and 2) did we ever see the "Getty Center" closeup? There's a lot of pictures showing it in the distance (for example here up in the hills, with a rl picture in which you can see the same part of the Getty clearly) but I can't remember a closeup...


  9. I used search to check if this has been posted, but I couldn't find it, so I made a new.

    Just checked R* twitter feed from their website and they mention that the Germany will get original and un-cut version

    @marvdedash GTA V has been rated for Germany at USK18 (Keine Jugendfreigabe) in its complete, original form.

    what's so special about it? IV wasn't cut either and got it's adult only rating from the USK...

    Also, the USK rated V over a month ago (xbox 360, July 18th)


  10. I guess a couple of singleplayer activities repeat themselves in multiplayer, mainly sports of all kind from racing to golf. that's things you can easily swap an npc with a real person. I deem it possible even to port some of the heists over to multiplayer so you ain't fighting against security/cops but against other players impersonating them, leading to some sort of team deathmatch with an extra objective.

    there's just so many possibilities to make for an interesting multiplayer...

    but I think the single-player will offer less activities in total figures. there's just no real room for deathmatches, last man standing and so on in single player, at least not to the extent it can happen in multiplayer mode. I can imagine R* to implement such things here and there, but certainly not to the extent possible in multiplayer.
