Ive had lots of trouble with bookmarked jobs i always make playlist so i try and have peoples new jobs. i got over 60 booked but my list wasnt coming up in game. i removed some and now have around 55 and it works again. not the first time removing jobs fixed it so just warning, dont have more than about 55 jobs booked or your list will be fucked.

No, custom wheels make them look to small. and the spare tire on the front doesn't change. So stock is the only option really. Lowrider rims seem to look a good enough size. But again, the tire on the front I like so I kept them stock. They really need to update the mods so that the spare tire changes with the rest of the wheels
