The discussion isn't strictly about power/capabilities. The Wii has some mature titles but overall is geared more towards kiddies and casual gamers who are too afraid to think about shooting virtual cops and the sight of drugs makes them sick.

Yeah basically the whole motion thing is what I was thinking. Realistically since the Wii is "stepping up", so would the games. Just instead of making their own new/better looking tennis, they just take Rockstar's new one.

That's actually not a bad idea. R* could get into the war game market via RDR. I think most people's problem with Jack was his voice. Looked ~20 by the end but his voice was still childish. Didn't match up to me. Wiki says he was 16 and then 19 which seems right. 3 years but his voice just never matures.

Did you or any of the other guys notice if the map is an exact replica of LA (time difference aside) or is it like Liberty City NY where they mushed the major things together?

Yeah Claude (presumably), Tommy, and Johnny are as non-foreign as it gets. How "foreign" you are in America is related to how long your family has been here. Now as for someone being "regular", I think we need these characters to be more than an average citizen to keep up with some of Rockstar's plot lines and over-the-top missions.

Highly doubt GTA V will be on the Wii2. I think we could see new Table Tennis or at the very least Chinatown Wars on there before a big GTA title.

me too. the ladder truck in SA was a cock tease. hell, if they add in tractor trailers, they could put in a tiller truck and allow you to control the trailer. make for some epic fun in multiplayer.

I want tractor trailers like in SA. I miss whipping around corners and taking out people on the outer sidewalk with the trailer. I was quite disappointed with IV over this.
