i started just doing the story last night... i was overmatched in most of my battles, but i am starting to learn that the level suggestion is merely a guideline as i was taking down enemies a level or two above me, in groups... sure i died once or twice, but that's how you learn the the strategy of each battle... thanks to skyrim and fallout, i know that i must save before i do anything anyways... i cleaned up white orchard so i have no reason to be there anymore, except to use the smiths to peddle goods... i guess i'll look into the new DLC too... i do have a couple of really good swords... ones that every time i find a new one, don't compare... so i got that going for me for the time being... and i haven't made it to the main city in velen yet... still trying to wrap up a couple of quests in the south... i do like this game tho, it's really growing on me the more i get comfortable with it's build ...

you can use it underwater? fuck man, the only creatures i've seen down there are level 10, and the crossbow would do dick in that battle...

that's how trading in items work in a lot of games.. you get shit back for them... i have over 600 gold now, and only 3 ?'s left on the map in white orchard, and i am ALMOST HALF WAY THRU LEVEL 4!!! this is asinine... how the fuck are you suppose to level up?? EDIT: also, how do you fight underwater?

i'm not too bothered by that... i would like to figure out crafting so i can make use of the millions of items i have... i know how to break them down, but i haven't found a smith with skills to make most of the stuff...

best we got was 5 people... i got dropped playing darts for a daily objective... first playlist we play, bmx gets dropped half way into the first lap... i'm just selling everything right now... i'm keeping the crafting stuff, but i sell pretty much every sword or armor i find...

yea, we don't have a topic for this, and i see a number of people on my friends list playing this, so we might need a place to chat about it... WHY IS IT SOOOO HARD TO LEVEL UP?!? i've been playing since last night and i am only level 4... i've been scouring white orchard for any and everything... i've done a dozen quests, but the RP is shit... am i missing something here? even the main quest i am suppose to chase suggests i be at level 7... anyone else having this issue?? other than that, it's a fun game! the battles are little challenging at the moment, especially if there's multiple enemies... ran into a bear, the game said i could fight him, but i didn't stand a chance ... i am finally getting into crafting, but i haven't found a use for some of the items yet... got a cool sword, some decent armor, etc... the side quests are pretty enjoyable to tackle... i'm liking it...

bethesda would do their fans a great injustice if a new fallout wasn't announced this year... you don't out of the blue decide to do your own conference if you didn't have something to show for all of your IPs... ubisoft and EA do it every year, they showcase all of their titles, and their new titles... they've always got something to talk about, even if the game is a year or two away... i would understand if a new elder scrolls was left off the list with TESO being the focus last year and this year, but if they don't show fallout, then the conference would just be a huge waste of time, and i don't think they want to piss off their fans... every single aspect of this announcement has everything to do with fallout... every gaming journalist expects it, every fan expects it, hell, every developer expects it... it's gonna happen, it has to happen...

rockstar used to release a game every year... they had a good run with IV, RDR, LA Noire, MP3, and V... that was a good stretch of games over the course of like 6 years... now they haven't done shit in almost 2 years... GTAO is consuming their lives... they need to create a seperate studio to man that project if they do plan on making GTAO sustainable and fun for many more years... i for one am bored of it, they need someone else to handle it to keep it relevant, or it's gonna die off slowly... we need more content, more missions, more heists, more random things to do, more contests, etc... remember when there was new content practically every month?? those were the days ... i really hope agent is still in the works, it sounded like an awesome idea... perhaps the newgen consoles can handle that ambitious of an idea... i want a good spy game..

i can't keep up with this series anymore, the yearly releases are killing it for me, it's too much to deal with... it looks cool, but i might be busy playing other games this fall... plus i still want to play and beat black flag...

number grade means i have to break it down... i'll leave people that get paid lots of money to do that for you... but if you want my honest opinion, it's a 9.9... but does my opinion make a difference?? no, lmao just go see it, it's a fun ride...

umm... go see it?? that's my final verdict... i'm too old for a complete breakdown... it kicked ass, and had everything you look for in a summer blockbuster... it showed all other movies how you entertain an audience... plus, my review would be biased because i am a huge fan of the world of mad max... this one fit right in with the series, and is pretty much toe to toecutter with the 2nd film for me... the only difference is the technology nowadays that allows george miller to go nuts with his vision of the wasteland that we've all loved... its the same, but with more tools at his disposal... EDIT: plus, there's a cameo that only true fans would know... please post it in a spoiler if you think you know what it is... because i fucking loved seeing it!! .. i am not sure if that's him, but it must be uncredited...
