Jailbreaking isnt all about ripping people off for there apps. In the jailbreak world there are actually apps that aren't avalable on the appstore, also, you can change themes, icons, layouts, keyboards, what the buttons do when you press them, different locking methods, and shit loads of others. I jailbreak my ipod because of all the upgrades you can make to it that make it cooler and possibly work better

Well some of the old characters are mentioned in other GTA's, such as the Vances, Rosenberg, Diaz, Phil Cassidy... ETC ETC, but making a third Vice city is less likely then a second San Andreas, But if Vice City does return, I believe the Characters from the previous Vice City's will be mentioned, Well except the Vances, and Diaz. Same goes for a new SA, Old character references, Apperences may be questionable. And what ever happened to love fist?

I know there is a mod for GTA 4 called car picker or something? You can pick the base model of any car and individually add each option and select a paint job, for x amount of dollars. Take a dukes for example, You can put the mesh grill and front wing without the blower. (I do believe)
