Smoke really isn't very pleasant, pot brownies are a good choice. Also, I was never willing to spend money on a vaporizer, but I imagine smoking with that would be very smooth, since it's not actually smoke. Find an upper-middle-class stoner and give it a try.

No, I meant my screens look like that. In-game, it's fine, but my screens come out with jagged edges and looking low-res. Looking over my Fallout 3 screens, they look okay. It must just be New Vegas. Also, I have no idea where my New Vegas screens went. Here's a Fallout 3 pic, for old times' sake.

That looks more familiar. I always played 3 and New Vegas on max settings, but whenever I took a screen, they came out looking like that instead of D-O's. Lol'd pretty good at that. Sounds like me since around the time the second New Vegas DLC came out. I have lost my ability to make long posts, for the most part.

Yep. The Presidential Metro is the cutoff line. Might be closer to 65/70%, since I forgot Mothership Zeta. I've taken Reavers out with a Super Sledge before, though. Made it out with 20% health or so.

You can get by strictly with melee, if you so choose. You can get through 80% of the game with a switchblade, if you handle your perks and stats the right way.
