OPx knows what he's talking about. Developers/Voice talent have a very strict contract, meaning if you were to leak any info out about the game. Rockstar would basically then own your house, car, dog, ect. Legal teams for Publishing companies mean business, they do NOT play games, they are protecting they're investment. Look at what happened earlier this year when Bethesda legal team shot a cease and desist letter to Mojang for using the word Scrolls in their new game. If Gottfried was under contract he would certainly know better then to speak when he's not supposed to. Also R* doesn't like using big time voice actors.

The controller is horrible for PS3. Sure it has six-axis but I'm a grown man with a grown mans hand, I need a bigger controller which is why I mostly game on Xbox the control fit's my hand. Sadly the PS3 is designed in Japan where they all have tiny hands and forget the rest of the world are tall.

Well they have the multiple disc options like the did with L.A Noire. I personally wouldn't complain about it being PS3 exclusive since I have both. The only real reason the PS3 is more advanced is because it came out a year later and had implemented Sony's Blu-ray technology which can hold 25GB and I think some Blu-ray disc's hold 50GB (I can't say for certain). Obviously since Microsoft is at competition with Sony I can't really see them using Sony's technology in their console and am extremely curious of how the next Xbox console will be disc wise, I could see games being on 256 bit encrypted flashdrives but doubt that will happen due to piracy. Either way I care less if it's exclusive or not.

They do not. Most employee's will look at games to see if it's scratched and how badly. I've had disc's rejected because of scratches (I was trying to cheat the system). Other employee's that don't care and sell M rated games to twelve year old probably won't even check the disc.

Look at the back of the Blu-ray disc, make sure it's clean and not scratched to badly since it's used. If it's not that contact Rockstar Support they'd be better at assisting you.
