Either way I did find out some ways to get you up in the sky pretty quickly without it being a massive jump. You have to ramp up tube by tube. I do have the vertical chute that you have to fall down level by level and there are rotating gates blocking off the exit.

The armour was clipping through the skirt so if for sure works despite clipping issues.

Mods are out. And at first glance, they seem to be not as bullshit as I thought they would be. there is one for more settlement building stuff. There is one to ballistic weave everything.
