  3. yeah definitely feels like an eternity since trailer 2 was released. i was shocked there when i looked up the date and it was the 14 of November that's two months ago tomorrow. feels like so much has happened since then, feels like more than two months lol
  4. haha, i shall be staying away from union street then. nah i'll prob try my local asda or tesco lol. toryglen or the rutherglen tesco
  5. nearly 5 years of playing and haven't noticed either lol
  6. this is why i think rockstar should put out a gameplay series, or at least a Q&A, if people don't want the game spoiled then they don;t have to read it. but there was new game mechanics in Red Dead and they put out a gameplay series, so why not gta? at its core, gta v will be the same game we've been playing for years. but a lot of people want to see how the switching works, how certain aspects such as dying or getting busted works; will it switch to another character?.. is it shared pool of cash, is it a shared pool of weapons. i think maybe some people are put off by the 3 characters and if rockstar showed how easily it as been implemented into the game it could help day one sales, even though there prob wont be hurt, there could be a large group of people waiting to see how it all works
  7. rockstar have already said that there won't be any co-op
  8. that just sounds tacky for a gta game. this isn't syphon filter lol
  9. http://uk.ign.com/ar...m_medium=social During Samsung’s keynote at CES today, Microsoft unveiled IllumiRoom, a new technology that turns the entire room around your TV into an extension of the screen. As explained on Microsoft’s official site, IllumiRoom uses Kinect and a projector “to blur the lines between on-screen content and the environment we live in allowing us to combine our virtual and physical worlds.” Microsoft explains that IllumiRoom “augments the area surrounding a television screen with projected visualizations to enhance the traditional living room entertainment experience” and “can change the appearance of the room, induce apparent motion, extend the field of view, and enable entirely new game experiences." Kinect captures the geometry of a room and adapts projected visuals “in real-time without any need to custom pre-process the graphics.” In a video demo shown off during Samsung’s keynote, Microsoft showed off several different applications of the technology, noting that the footage was “captured live and is not the result of any special effects added in post production.” IllumiRoom appears to be the realization of the immersive display experience Microsoft patented last year, which aimed to make gaming “more realistic” and eliminating “out of context images” that sit next to your TV. Whether or not IllumiRoom will tie-in with next Xbox or the next generation of Kinectremains to be seen, but Microsoft says more details will be revealed at the ACM SIGCHI Conference in Paris in April.
  10. i know i don't have to go to the midnight launch they'll keep the game till morning, but i'd rather have gta v to play as soon as its available lol
  11. yeah exactly. GTA doesn't need to go down the route of selling dlc for the sake of it. Extra guns as dlc, is something that I wouldn't waste my money on. I'd feel let down if Rockstar went down that route, because they clearly don't need to the amount of money they have made.
  12. i think if gta v lets you walk about dressed in actual armour like that, then even more media will be blaming massacres on it. just something the game doesn't need,
  13. me and brother in law went to the midnight release for gta iv but the two stores we visited sold out, so we got it about 7:30am when other stores opened lol
  14. i wasn't sure if they let you! i really still don't know if im going to one of the stores for midnight release or going in the morning. i don't want to order it online because it would be my bad luck that they didn't deliver it on the day of release haha
  15. we're attacking the website you posted, since its made up bullshit.
  16. yeah that's why i haven't ordered it yet, waiting on a special edition lol
  17. gta iv wasn't really any different in selection weapons though. and the health bar, i like the classic top right corner. i'd be quite happy if they made it numbers again lol
  18. we can prob expect a release day to be announced before the end of feb right?.
  19. I'm hoping for, and somewhat anticipating, a minor inventory system, similar to Red Dead Redemption. A couple health items, other miscellaneous items, and maybe even weapon selection from an inventory menu. same here, i want to be able to pick the weapon from an inventory but then have it appear in the corner just like previous games
  20. but the whole point is that Rockstar hasn't said it was coming out in March. so that site made up an article saying it's been delayed due to all those games, when it really hasn't been delayed, because no one knows when its coming out
