yea, i got lots of spears and tomahawks in stock... probably at least 150 spears... ohh well, they don't deal nearly the amount of damage that throwing spears can inflict and weigh exactly the same... i guess the spears are still the better option...

hmm, i need to scout more for those... but i never really saw them in my game... i looked at times, but never found them... there's isn't a stash of them somewhere for easy pickens? i have to wait until someone has them for sale??

where the hell do you find throwing knives?? i can't find them anywhere, the throwing spears and tomahawks are all i got...

it was silver sting, my two characters aren't skilled enough to create mother darkness... i use poisons very rarely, but it's fun to tinker around with them every now and then... i am bringing a few poisons to lonesome road since i get this feeling there's going to be some really tough encounters, and i could use any advantage they give me... seriously, i am rolling into lonesome road with about 150 lbs of equipment on bones... maybe even more since i am considering bringing annabelle... i am coming prepared this time with lots of options, inlcuding two armor options, and a scrap medium armor for repairs... i didn't bring many options with me to old world blues... and delilah always has the benefit of going second, so i always know what to bring for her...

found that scorpion pit you mentioned, synch... i was walking around for a bit popping scorpions, wondering what the hell i was looking for... and just like that i spot the plane as it emerged through the blowing sand, and followed the desert south and then it hit me, it was a hole in the ground, not a cave entrance ... another queen, although one thrown sneak attack took most of her health... then about 8 shotgun blasts finished off the rest of the nest... i could of used a sniper shot, but i thought i'd see how much damage a poisoned spear could inflict from a sneak position... the queen dropped a few seconds after the initial blow... that was pretty sweet ... -------------- and after that i started a new character that i am pretty sure won't do all that much... she's a chinese girl named sakura, who has good science, energy skills, intelligence, perception and agility... she's going to be a follower... once she reaches that point, i might not do all the much... i just wanted to create a filler file since i don't want to go any further with bones when there's nothing to really do but take out legion hit squads... and i want to save the last two perk levels for potential new perks from lonesome road (depending on usefulness)... same thing applies for delilah... she's a mere hundred XP from level 42, a new level + perk... i'll save it for LR... and once again after freeing deputy beagle from the convicts in the bison steve, i find him doing this in the vikki & vance casino, in the same room, in the same goddamn spot, in this photo i took with delilah some many many many many game hours ago...

penthouse DLC?? wow, that could be the coolest DLC ever... i liked the drop-in/drop-out stuff, it was fun in SR2... never did anything else outside of roaming the city with my friend tommmy, doing missions and side missions... turning on infinite ammo and spending 15 minutes blowing up every cop car and helicopter that came near... it even says you can unlock things to take back to your game... i remember being able to take experience and money back to your game, but i don't remember being able to take items, except the weapons you might have picked up...

...and so the trio of heroes set forth, into the new world of steelport... with pistols in tow, they set out to change the world, one bullet at a time... when does this come out?? and can you play through the story co-op style??

watched the preview on QORE a few days ago... meh, seems like a new approach to the genre, but it's just more zombies, and i've had my fair share of zombie games lately... i don't really wanna play another...

EDIT: me no have a spikeTV... TV is not worth my time anymore... internet and netflix give me all the shit i need...

i have two remotes... one with dual shock 3(more roughed up, i blame GTAIV) and an original launch controller without the rumble... the latter is the best remote, and when one of them is inactive, it's charging... when one runs out, i make a switch... the only cord you need is a USB-A to B... i like the PS3's universal qualities, like upgrading the hard drive yourself, without voiding the warranty... or using any bluetooth hardware like headsets, keyboards and mice-s(es)... friends of mine have TB drives full of music and movies on theirs... i've been getting more excited about SRIII from that video you posted, knowing full well that it's an early mission... this game is really going to just say "fuck it", and give you obnoxious scenarios right off the bat...

wow, are you kidding me?? that was awesome, even if it was the opening sequence, or one of the first few missions... i saw a ton of improvements in the combat, especially the melee stuff, which looks like picking a style will actually mean something... still no up close driving mechanics, but for only really using the plain pistol, the shooting seemed a little better... but there will always be dumb AI in video games, where the enemy decides to take cover right in front of you... i hope AI never surpasses that or we will have our own "i, robot" on our hands... this is looking better with every new bit of info or gameplay i see... seriously massacre, you HAVE to get this for the PS3... we're gonna play this online... and if it can take 3 players, you can always count on the dup... he's looking forward to this, and he definitely gets down on some online shit...

i have... i am ALWAYS high when i play fallout... even if i have to smoke resin, i am getting high...

personality tapes in OWB?? that i still don't understand, fill me in, i am sure it's something obvious... and yes, now i remember the perk you unlock after dead money... perhaps ED-E's unlocks the same way, or perhaps they are holotapes that automatically update ED-E when you talk to him, similar to what happened to the friends in the sink... EDIT: ohh wait, you're talking about the sink personality holotapes ... now i feel dumb...

...for no one ever enters the ivault, and no one ever leaves... nice security though... fuck yea, we should ask psy to give us a ifallout site or something... even if it's just us three, and the occasional lone wanderer... ha, i was asking for that months ago, lol ...@synch... i've heard of a trick that has worked before... lure the vipers towards the legion/NCR skirmish and kill them down there...... enemies usually respawn where they die... give that a shot... i've tried that trick with the bark scorpions in nipton, they no longer spawn where they can spot me, they're doing their own thing now in the back of the trailer area... and i suggest doing the legion route... however, if you want to mix it up, do what i am thinking about doing next... playing the game normal, yet add to your survival skills instead of medicine for healing... basically in hardcore mode, you have to eat sleep and drink when the meters get low... in normal i do believe you can still use desert salads in the same way as you can in hardcore, only you don't satisfy the non-existent hunger meter... but if you're going for the hardcore trophy, then you have to at least do it once... i had fun playing as a cannibal ... food is not that much of an issue, nor is sleep... it's water that can be the issue... gotta stay stocked, take the "rat pack" perk... it was meant for hardcore mode... but you still need to take the legion route, no matter how you want to do it... i did it as a female, but i would suggest doing it as a male... i wasn't allowed in the arena because i was a baby machine ... but none of those men ever tried to call me that... i am as legendary as the burned man... ---------- got some more photos too... i actually fired up my fallout 3 game because i wanted to see some good 'ol memories... here's my evil black brotha named lucifer and his slave bitch... this is not a picture of omega, but i have snapped a few of his... i just liked how i "positioned" cherry on the bed... if anyone ever recalls, i took a pic of her in another similar photo on the ground (click here)... she lies dead in omega's residence, the tepid sewers, forever looking like his junkie hooker friend... i need to find a way to do that in new vegas, but there aren't any temporary followers... someone tell me i am wrong ?? i can't believe i haven't ever snapped a photo of my good natured savior of the DC wasteland, valentine... well, there she is ...

i only stated that i didn't bother collecting anymore because everything i collect, i have a billion of anyways... my two characters aren't crafters because they didn't invest in survival so there isn't a huge interest in collecting plants... i do grab pinyon nuts when i see them though, they are the rarest... but i have plenty of plants in case i do decide to craft... it's just that i don't see a point in collecting armors and another damn 10mm pistol when i have 50 of them in my locker... i still collect medium armors, cigarettes, some junk and rarer weapons, but i don't grab everything anymore... i have a thousand pre-war hats and shirts to keep my armors forever maintained... i learned how to craft and survive though because of my mexican file, i played that one on hardcore... i'm playing my next game on hardcore, or just invest in survival and live off of plants anyways instead of stimpacks... there's no viper's spawning near harper's shack for me... when i travel there, there are no enemies near me, allowing for fast-travel to and fro... i like how it is tucked away from field of vision... it's only noticeable from a ways away if you're looking for it... i'll sprinkle mines around the area for extra protection if i need to... i fell in love with the interior layout of the place... i find myself always decorating the interiors of my houses... novac hotel is cluttered full of stuff on my bones file, and that nipton house is loaded on delilah's as well... i can foresee harper's shack being cluttered as well ... i have explored with delilah since finishing old world blues, but i don't think i've traveled to any of the usual raiding party spawn spots... i ran through a couple of vaults that i hadn't finished up on her file... if i got time tonight, i will try out those spawn spots and see if NCR hit squads are tougher than legion ones... my guess is no ... even though delilah is enemies with the NCR, she hasn't exactly gone to villages and murdered them all... she's taken out patrols and some of the radio camps, but hasn't wiped out camp golf or anything like that... i have contemplated saving that insane action for this boogeyman-style character i have thought about creating, perhaps after my next file... he's not in the business of doing business, he/she'll be in the killing humanity business ... my mexican knows about the wild wasteland, but i never took that trait with my other characters... my next one will have it though ...

i was running into legion raids on the left side of the map, the nipton rest stop comes to mind... the worst encounter for me was in front of charlie's outpost as i was coming down from harper's shack... TWO legion parties spawned... usually the NCR and legion fight it out at this location for me but this time it was just two legion parties... but i don't understand why they are EVERYWHERE now... you might enjoy it synch, but i don't need anymore junk to collect... i am overstocked with supplies for both characters... i am at the point where i only collect a few things nowadays, and i would rather not have to kill a bunch of legion guys everywhere i go... harper's shack seems like a nice place to call home... and it's near novac, where i can get a full rest in case i need it because i do believe i am going to play my next file on hardcore... but the shack's got all the amenities a survivalist would need, except a water source... if you're looking for another place to call home, check out the houses in nipton... some of them have what you need, some have traps, and one of them has the workbench and reloading bench... and there's a campfire by the trailers... delilah lives in the one closest to the mojave drive-in... lol, the entrance to old world blues is literally 300 yards from her house ...

you ain't kiddin' about the legion hit squads, synch... i was fast traveling all over the map, looking for suitable housing for my next character... found it in harper's shack... great central location, hidden in the mountains, workbench, reloading bench, campfire, plenty of storage, and protected by deathclaws from dead wind cavern to the south, which should keep the wanderers and hit squads away... hopefully they don't start wandering closer to the shack... but man, everywhere i went with bones, i was ambushed by legion hit squads... and correct me if i am wrong, but it seems like some locations have reset... i was able to re-collect star bottle caps from locations i know i've went thru... strange...

bones has over 50K, and delilah has nearly the same... however, i've exhausted all the trading places for caps with fully repaired weapons thanks to the free weapon repair kits from dead money... no one's inventory is changing anymore though... hopefully the caps reset but the items for sale never do anymore... i get lucky if one of them re-adds the ammo i always buy for each character... that vendor in old world blues has yet to add more caps for trade... i've spent a major chunk of my caps on implants... i would probably have over 100K with both characters if i didn't buy a bunch of those... i am really liking the crouch speed implant from OWB... i run around crouched a hell of a lot in new vegas, it's nice to finally do it a little faster... now it doesn't take nearly as long to get around enemy territory like it used to... nice pic massacre, now was that so hard?? ...

fuck that, i want area 51 DLC for new vegas...

i am going into honest hearts with my caravan pack from the pre-order ... this character is going to have a love for caravan work, which won't become apparent until he receives his care package from the doc that had his old gear, telling him he was not only a courier, but a hired caravan hand as well... those fools at the prison don't know what's coming their way once he finds out they attack caravans heading north... him and cass are going to be best friends... happy trails and crimson caravans are going to love having him work for them... he's going to relish in the idea of being a runner for everyone since he loves walking the mojave... i think passing by during the daytime would be the only way to miss out on old world blues early... perhaps lonesome road can stash a key to the entrance somewhere else in the mojave to prevent you from entering early on... put the key at that ranch of his... so when i pass by and get it, i could make a mental note of it and decide to head back to the canyon wreckage another time, when i have time...
