    nah, we're good... look at the event run date on the flyer ... it's almost as if they now know we play on mondays ... and besides, the pic they chose for vespucci beach party weekend of mine was taken the day after it ended... i even put a tag in it that said #afterparty and it was still chosen... so i don't think it would matter anyways if we were a day late... --- haha, i think gangbang event is a good title too ...

    while the cloud is down, i might as well create next monday's event... what should we call it? "gangster bootlegging party"? someone shoot me a couple of ideas here while i create the banners...

    it's not our fault they snuck the xmas pack in on us like that... we didn't know it was coming... and sure, we'll do the vday theme event... it's doesn't have to be all valentine-y, i think a gangsters event is just fine... the valentines stuff is probably just those novelty tees anyways...

    ogg has the creepy vibe naturally... ned luke has that robert deniro "quiet bad ass" presence on film... and poor franklin, he doesn't have much of a screen presence at all... he might be destined for voice work because i don't see it, probably because he's never done it before GTAV anyways... but ned and ogg got it... right now is probably a transition stage; ogg got that role above, and ned luke was in a semi recent episode of boardwalk empire... filming is always months ahead, i wouldn't be surprised to hear their names popping up in future endeavors soon...

    i get the feeling that they're saying the pack will be available for a short time, meaning, if you don't log into the network in the few days that follow it's release, it means you missed out on it... i think that the car will always be available, and same with the weapon... the clothes will probably be automatically added to your inventory just like the beach bum pack and winter pack... but that's just my theory... R* is gonna have to clear that up for us when they announce it's release...

    yea, but i want to refrain from a straight up typical deathmatch, which is what the following match i created ended up being lol... we'll have to try both of these another night, or later in the night after the olympics ... that olympic playlist might not be that big due to the restrictions... ---- in my attempt to create a sharpshooting match (which isn't going to plan), i ended up with a pistols only match that takes place on the rooftops of twin buildings, and also in their courtyard because it's hard to fit 16 players into a deathmatch... if the test run with 15 CPU's is any indication, this one is going to be all kinds of chaos... i've also seen CPU's fall off the buildings, which is new... they always know their limits... i even took the plummet a few times ... Lombank Shooting Gallery Team Deathmatch - 8 to 16 Players http://rsg.ms/NB6Ev8 <-- add to game... Two teams test their shooting skills in this wild skirmish that feels more like shooting fish in a barrel. But which barrel has the better fish? Bullets fly everywhere in this Combat Pistol only match.

    noice... it doesn't all have to be true to olympics either... a good vehicle deathmatch works too, a royal rumble, rally race, xgames style sanchez or blazer offroad circuit race, jetski races, sharpshooting (not sure how to go about that but i have some ideas), skydiving (yea why not), stunt plane races, etc... you get the idea... just no typical deathmatch/race stuff this week... GTA style olympics...

    ...and so it began... the first entry into the iGTA olympics... it's an endurance race, probably something best saved for either near the beginning, or at the end of the playlist... there's a lot of button mashing in this 5+ minute race... but if everyone follows the rules, it should be true to it's name... Sandy Shores Triathlon Endurance Race - 1 to 16 Players http://rsg.ms/NAxHGQ <-- add to game... iGTA Olympic Event - Sandy Shores Triathlon. *RULES: It's a GTA Race, but NO WEAPONS OR FISTS ALLOWED! Bike, Run, Swim, Period. This is a Triathlon, not a Shootout. if people stick to the rules, it plays out as a legit triathlon... i have all the running checkpoints surrounded by boxcars so respawning traps you in there on your bike... and the swimming portion is the last leg, it's a single point to point system... i don't think there are ways to die in the water unless you push yourself too hard and run out of energy... so i am not concerned about someone dying halfway there...

    one suggestion; the ending looks really easy compared to the struggle it took to get there... you need another obstacle near the end...

    i wonder if just merely grabbing the car unlocks it for later use online... i'll try that experiment with my main character... i think i'll make it my 2nd characters main vehicle since it'd look nice all decked out in salmon pink ...

    not enough time to plan... we got all week to work on stuff now... we could always get together valentine's night and play around with the new stuff... but this isn't really a valentine's thing, it's a mobster pack...

    i hope this DLC adds the charleston dance action to your inventory... my 2nd character will have to rock the flapper dresses for bit... not sure if i have the room in either garage for the new ride, but if i fall in love with in single player, i'll make room...

    i think it'll be more GTA-themed... take winter and summer game ideas and make them feel like GTA... this is more like GTA Olympics i think... we're gonna have a hard time recreating actual olympic events me thinks...

    i knew i should of used the sanchez myself... but i did finish 2nd in the sandking... start thinking olympics next week.. we gotta create some GTA-themed olympic jobs... i think we should all wear the same top too, to look more like a team... but short shorts will be a requirement i think lol
