Have to admit I absolutely love the music, even though it's not the type I normally listen to in the car/on my mobile. Sets the tone perfectly. 'The Wanderer' is my personal favourite though! Onto other things, I've now built a perimeter fence all around Sanctuary - only way in or out is through a couple of gates. Also a couple of turrets for good measure but could do with a couple more. Started work on a new building which I'm building gradually as and when I get more materials - not used a pre-fab this time, building it from scratch. Going to try and build it multi-story. Found quite a few useful bits and pieces out and about including a few fusion power cores which will obviously be very handy (some were at the same location which I managed to clear of raiders).

I'm nowhere near as advanced in the game as everyone else. Still enjoying it even though I'm finding it a little frustrating at times (probably my own fault). Anyway, I see some things are a little more mutated than others!

Amen to all that. Done enough shitting myself - already been jumped upon by feral ghouls when I least expected them and have also had to leg it from Legendary Super Mutants! Admittedly I've probably bumbled through whenever I've encountered combat - just had a little luck on my side. Also now finding a tad more stuff than I was before (well the perks helped to an extent obviously) - had a scavenge round a couple of places in Boston. Think that's what I'll largely be doing inbetween nipping back to Sanctuary.

Well that's handy - just found another Power Armour and a Fat Man too. Did a few minor improvements to one of my shacks at Sanctuary - figured out how to wire the lights up to the switch, pylon, generator etc and added a few homely bits such as sofa (which I took from one of the houses), a rug, a bed and a painting of a cat! That's my priorities in order!

Well I made it to Diamond City thankfully so now I have a 'permanent' place where I can restock and trade. Also cleared out that factory full of raiders - what possessed me to do that when I was so ill-equipped I'll never know. Stumbled right through it and it must've taken me over an hour to do!

Have to admit, I just started building without giving it a great deal of thought! Built a couple of pre-fabs, and some metal shed! And this is my character. Decided to be sensible and not create some freak! Anyway, I think my main aim at the moment is to put any quests to one side and concentrate on scavenging stuff.

Enjoying it so far. Trying to concentrate on wandering and gathering as much useful stuff as I can - even the stuff in previous Fallouts that were useless are now useful! Have been in combat a few times (Feral Ghouls, Radroaches and Mirelurks) and I agree it's a lot harder. Hell, I've even come across a Deathclaw already and just about managed to kill it (had power armour, which took a lot of damage, and a minigun). It was picking me up and chucking me around - now that caught me by surprise!! Has anyone come across a trader or shop yet? Haven't found one yet and need to sell some stuff to raise caps as well as trying to stock up on stimpaks.

The last lot before I abandon GTA Online for Boston! For some odd reason, this batch of Snapmatics proved rather popular on Social Club.

Can't be bothered with the reviews as I don't want to come across any spoilers. Fully enjoyed 3 and NV and I expect to enjoy 4 too. Not bothering with the midnight launch - just can't be arsed with the long queue and having to wait until 1am to get served (plus there's the issue with parking). I'll get mine first thing in the morning!

Absolutely love Fallout, so very much looking forward to Tuesday! Thank fuck I booked the day off work. Have to admit I find the various critical comments a bit astounding.

Ah, I know that feeling! On a heist, one pleb started screaming down the mic after I took a shortcut - he soon shut up after I explained. On a different subject, I'm only using Rockstar editor for mining Snapmatics - can't be arsed spending time editing clips etc

Just bought the Buccaneer for the time being whilst I ponder what else to buy. I may get the Voodoo.

Well this seems better! Finally something to spend my money on and pretty good timing as I'm just coming to the end of my latest play-through on Fallout New Vegas. Particularly pleased with the extra property. And as for new contact missions - about time!!

Not been on GTA much recently due to playing on New Vegas - well that and my laptop dying on me! These are some of mine since I last posted...

Have been replaying New Vegas a lot recently- started new game and have managed to build myself upto level 20. Despite the glitches which still haven't been fixed after 5 years, I've reminded myself just how brilliant and enjoyable the game is. Have sided with the NCR - sorry but I hate the Legion! I'm already idolised by the NCR, in Goodsprings, Novac and Freeside and pretty well liked in other places. Obviously vilified by the Legion. Still haven't played a couple of the DLC's so will get them done once I've built my courier up a bit more.

To say I'm disappointed is a slight understatement! And to tie us over, we get another mediocre GTA Online update, not to mention they seem to dismiss more/new heists as "too complicated". Pfft!
