RAGE is first and foremost, a first person shooter by Id Software, pioneers of the genre, with such legendary game titles as Wolfenstein, DOOM, and Quake. FPS games are just that, your hands are at a weapon. They're not like the 3rd person view in GTA or Fallout. News: Bethesda bought out Id Software outright, so they have rights to this game, and you can tell by the subtle Fallout changes made to RAGE. I started this topic on the old forum. Here, we can discuss it further. http://rage.com/ With an arsenal of weaponry at your disposal, take charge of the wastelands. Modify vehicles, use engineering schematics to make sentry bots, turrets, etc. There are 6 of these 'Behind the Scenes' vids to check out, here is the first: You can't go wrong with the DOOM Shotgun guys, and the Fallout Level Lords. Who wants some? This thread is for game play, and help in the game. Tips, tricks, strategies, and answers to all questions. Now that the game is out & I've completed it once, I'm going through it again so ask for any help you need. 100% completion FAQ and List is on the way......

It was. I like the customization in Sims 3, but I'll never spend as much time with 3 as I did with 2. Oh yeah I liked the features from TS3, but the expansion packs are terrible compared to TS2s expansions - bug-ridden pieces of shit. Comparing just the base games i'd say TS3 is better, but as a whole TS2 blows it away. If TS3 had the expansion packs that TS2 had it'd be near perfect. I think I played TS2 more because I was younger then, I just couldn't get into TS3.

San Andreas would be a huge project. If they do it, they'd probably do each city individually. I'm not even sure if you can make a desert town, so Las Venturas might end up looking like shit.

For someone who finds the new Like system to be 'gay' you certainly have no problem using it.

Oh, fuck yeah. *Starts playing Sims 3 again* Passing on GTA III Liberty City when it comes out, I'd rather have the IV version.

It took me 3 hours to read the whole timeline and another hour to read all the characters I forgot/didnt know. I now understand the parrallel universe know as Fallout, and it was extremely worth it. I knew bits and pieces of it before but now it has all been put together for me Bethesda's writers are freakishly good at what they do, creating a timeline that is both connectable to our own and even possible. thank you for posting that timeline

As it turns out, I did find it epic enough. This reminds me, I still have to finish the third Gears novel. *Reads* Edit: Fuck, I just found out there's a fourth novel. Now I have to make time to read that and replay Gears 1 & 2.
