    I bet he started in 72 and resampled it to be 300 dpi. This would explain the size of the image getting bigger and looking like crap

    • Image Resizing: Changing the size the image will print without changing the number of pixels in the image.
    • Image Resampling: Changing the number of pixels in the image.

    to get from 72 dpi to 300, photoshop resamples and it basically adds in pixels to get there. It guesses where what pixels to add in laymen's terms and it doesn't always look the best.

    When designing for print you have to make sure your images you are using are 300 dpi. If an image is really big like 10000 pixels when you only need it to be 500 but its only 72 dpi. If you can turn up the dpi and the dimensions of the image will get smaller but its ok because the image will still be big enough to fit the 500px. but if you want an image that is small and try and bring the dpi up, it will look exploded and shitty.

    I think you might have to start over and redesign the ad starting in 300 dpi.

    be sure ur in cmyk too. I've fucked that up before.

    My current comp is like 10 years old. only 512mb of ram. lol. I'll prolly cry when i see how fast the new one starts up.

    Haa thought about it man but i really have to save money. i probably wont buy a game this year. i wanna save money. peeps in my class are planning a trip to cuba at the end of the year. I hope i can find some freelance graphic work but have no idea where to look lol

    Nice. Are you getting hit by the rising hard drive prices since the floods or not? Seems like a lot of drives have nearly doubled in price lately.

    Me and my bud agreed the prices for them seemed lowish lol. Maybe its always been higher in Canada. Stuff did go up in price recently tho. Not by too much. I TB should be find for me. My currrent comp only has 120gb

    I7 2600k sandy bridge, asus P8 Z68 board, 16gb of ram. 120gb SSD main drive. With a TB secondary drive. And a geforce 560 gtx TI OC. Inside an antec 900 with an ocz Zserirs 850watt psu.

    If they go into the drug trade, they should put some Crack houses around so you could just walk up to the door and buy your Crack or whatever. It would be easy for R* to do and add some more flavor to the game.

    So you want to be able to DO crack in the game? itll never happen. GTA already gets enough shit from the press. Seems a bit overkill. Plus the protagonist usually has to be pretty able bodied to run from cops and shit. a twiggy drug riddled crackhead would be kinda shit to play as
