Buy the 25k 2 car garage, then just do missions with other crew members until you have around 230k for one of the best apartments. I've just been doing a few today, and I've currently got $140k and I'm level 7. Although about 60k of that was from my character that got deleted.

I think the money limit is some 32 bit value like 2.3 billion, or maybe they patched it
I missed the real opportunity which was to invest in redwood after Debonaire, which is pretty annoying. I guess I'll try to be a billionaire on each character on my 2nd round of the game.

Yeah, however I did it to another car (Rangerover) and when I parked it in my garage it changed back to the default numberplate, which was strange.

I'm having trouble with the Vapid assassination mission. He says to invest afterwards, but when I do the price doesn't change at all, even after I sleep. What's up with that?

Anyone can say they want more than 16 people per world, but next to none of them would continue to say so if the number were increased to 32. You do not want to be in that open world with 32 strangers.

All cheats block all Achievements/Trophies. The effect only lasts for the duration of your session. Once you turn off your system and turn it back on, you'll be able to earn Achievements/Trophies again.
What if you go to Start > Load game > X
Does that count as a new session? Or do you have to exit the game completely and then reenter it?

NEVER walk out of a store you just robbed with your back turned. I did that the first time, and the clerk ended up gunning me down with his shotgun. However now I'm always prepared to shoot back if they try something stupid.
Also a very effective way to kill other players as they try to mow you down with their vehicles is by using a shotgun (which is free from Ammunation by the way). Just aim at the windshield and you'll probably hit them.

We can only own one apartment at a time, does that include separate garages do you know? Or can we have multiple garages?Wait what? What is the point in the houses ranging from 100-399k if you can't keep them since you are probably eventually going to get the penthouse.

I hate how you loose $2,000 when you die even if it's in your bank. What the fuck is the point in having a bank account if you still loose so much money when you die?

Buy some masks, and use different ones when you rob stores. I started out with the regular hockey mask, as it's the cheapest.

I've been robbing stores and slayin' motherfuckers all day in order to be able to afford my first safehouse. Still $60k short, so I don't know how this is going to go down.

I tried the store glitch to get from $190k-$205k so I could buy a nice apartment, and it worked (PS3). Thanks.
