Some extravagant weapons would be nice (not Saint's Row crazy, but something that one can go on rampages with) as well as buying properties(with fully fleshed missions, not a simple courier route) over the course of the game.
Or...you could buy perks/modes that you can pay to unlock that are ridiculous but fun (pedestrians go crazy, constant adrenaline until you die, insane physics, etc.) like cheats, but that can be in the form of a power up that you walk through to trigger. If you could replay missions you having these modes on would make things interesting.
Gambling was always a good time waster, see how much you could lose until you were in the red.
Exotic vehicles as well, always good to have.

I'm thinking Occupy Wall Street will be in the game as banter for the radio if the radio hasn't been completed yet. I think Lazlow could run with it

If they are connected/the same person, this would mean that you would be tattooed at some point in the game to make it consistent with what we see in the trailer.
It's possible, they do look similar...

sure its a little more beefy than the psp but its an excuse to try and get an extra buck that Nintendo has with the 3ds
I actually think it is a giant overhaul of the Sony handheld. With new cartridge formats, new control layout, greater engine this is more than another PSP Go.
I think I'm done with handheld gaming, I always hate the neck strain of looking down at the screen when playing for hours on end. I know a portable is suppose to be for quick games but the GTA's for PSP were never like that.
Edit: will be interesting to see what Sony can do with this. I'm also interested in the battery life of this thing too. Hopefully it is alot better than the fat PSP's was.

Oh how there were chalk outlines of pedestrian's deaths on the pavement, I miss that from Vice City and III. Nothing big, but one of those little charms that GTA has.

At best this would be a mini game activity, no way it could be integrated into the main gameplay.

Well Rockstar always likes pushing the boundaries of what can be in a video game, so I think it is possible. As for drug dealing, didn't Cherry Poppers require you to sling drugs in Vice City to make it successful?

I really hope it's a fall release, was missing that when IV was released. Didn't feel like a proper release to me IMO.

I'll say early February, I'd like to assume they'll give us a release date but after the IV snafu they won't say unless they are sure they can meet the deadline.

It would be interesting if they just gave fans that trailer to go by, then gave us the release date without any other info until it was released.

Vice City had a cool one with determined how awesome was your rampage by saying how much media attention you received, I'd like to see that come back.

^Exactly, Vice City had some of the best melee weapons. Miss the hammer and the cleaver especially.
