  1. Rockstar has always used innovative new gameplay features for its GTA titles. However, a significant portion of these features are often times carried over from games made in between. For example, Red Dead Redemption gave players the ability for John Marston to set up camp, practically anywhere on the map.

This feature came in handy, because if players were far from civilization, setting up camp was also a clever way of saving one's game.

Although GTA V's setting will be more modern than the wild west of Red Dead Redemption, personally, I think it would be cool to allow players an in-game escape (while video games already provide me with an escape, it would be an escape, within an escape)...

...a place somewhere far from the busy streets of L.S., a break, not just in the scenery, but a break from the fast-paced gameplay too.

    From Computer and video-games' article:

"Straight off the bat, it's hard not to be impressed. Incidental detail is king here:...gradually, the river edges closer, shimmering in the sunlight, and we can see two people fishing on its banks, a Winnebago parked next to them."

That little bit of info right there makes me feel like the concept of a vacation might be a reality for GTA V.

Now, within the recent series of trailers, Trevor's specifically, I noticed this picture popping up around the forums:

I'm not sure what this is, personally it looks like some kind of trailer used for storage, with electrical hook-ups, but 'camper' wasn't the first thing that came to mind. However, in the same trailer, the scene before that had a pick-up pulling this:

See where I marked it? Again, same pic, but zoomed in:

This, to me, looks like a bonafide pop-up camper attached to the Truck's hitch. I also photoshopped a picture of the two side-by-side so everybody can compare and hopefully agree with me that the two units are, indeed, two different hauls.

Now, what I'm hoping for more than anything, from the picture of the pop-up and from the 'Winnebago' described in the article, is that these camping-related vehicles will actually be functional in-game. Similar to the 'tent feature' from Red Dead Redemption, I'm hoping that these camping-related vehicles will provide players with a save option for those of us who are deep within the wilderness surrounding Los Santos, far from a safe house. So these pop-ups and R/V's could be thought of as mobile safe houses.

Furthermore, it would be REALLY COOL, if the bigger and more luxurious R/V's allowed players entry. So these mega R/V's could provide players with not just a save function, but could store an extra closet for clothes, a TV to watch one's favorite nature/hunting/fishing shows (come on, you know it's coming), and could store scuba gear, as well as fishing and hunting equipment. That way, when players finish up a major heist, where everything goes according to plan and whole shebang goes off without a hitch, GTA V could allow us to hitch up a pop-up to our favorite truck and just get out of the city for a while....

P.S. yes, I do realize 'camping' isn't an original idea or aspiration for this game, nor am I trying to claim it, but more so personalize it.

Those camping storage looking things are gas generators used at construction sites and what not, not sure what you'd use them for in the game

Also I've only seen two different helicoptetd, unless I missed a few pictures, but I'd like to see the apache come back like I'm sure most have said

  2. So the penis is peeing into.. wait this is how babies are made thanks Treefitty, someone needs to do a lot of work and put a panoramic type picture together and see how it looks or as best geographically correct as possible, work as a team and get sections either way some kick ass mapping here, I'm sure you guys arent far off

  3. ^That's one of the reasons I'd like a helicopter that fits more than four people. I would love nothing more than to get 10 or 12 people in one, all loaded for bear, and see how long it is before we get kicked.

    /offtopic

Or do what I use to do take 3 people in a helicopter and fly everyone to the airport (since that's where everyone is always) and swoop down like I'm going to land then pull up and fly to the edge of the map and bail, I didn't do it often but when I did it was hilarious. I'd love to take that many people and just bail of crash that son of a bitch into a building or train or a fuckin blimp!

  4. I want to get shocked by that lighting looks awesome! I'm gonna

jizz all over my ps3 once the game first starts smoke a cigar not a cigarette because its gonna drain me. Depending on the weapon choices I think I found my weapon of choice. Hopefully you can hang on the side of the car like the SWAT quick jump off not waiting for then to get out of the car

Also where's the ammo coming from on that chain gun? I don't see box or anything, unless you can't see it from that angle

  5. Sorry to repost this, I should have just waited until the last page filled up

    gtavtheplan.jpg

Franklin looks slightly retarded, although its a cool artwork :)

This reminds me a lot of south park for some reason.... Maybe it's that look the same look they have when they say something to the extent of "what fuck did you just say??" either way this page made my week thanks gays I mean guys

Edit: just notices Trevor is flippin him off still hilarious

  6. i honestly don't give a fuck what kind of plane it is, all i know is that if planes are available in multiplayer i will dive bomb the fuck out of everyone. other players will see a big shadow appear around them and think to themselves..."wtf is going on?" then all of a sudden they look up and BAM! +100$

    Look for me.

I'll be the one with a Stinger Missile pointed directly at you. :buttsecks:

that's if they have a stinger rocket launcher in-game, which is something that they need to stop the chopper spammers.

F*ckin hated those assholes ruined free roam for me until I built up enough skill to take them out.. I pride myself on it until they came in pacts anyhow back on the subject I think we'll see different types of military what I mean is guys with SMGs and guys with LMGs and so on what I'd like to see rather hear is when you fly into a no fly zone you here them over the radio tell you that you have a certain amount of time to turn and as you get closer they don't count down they just either fire or send two jets after you or if your driving they have those devices that turn your car off when you get within a certain proximity then you see 2-4 black suburbans or trucks coming your way... just made myself cum

  7. I would like to see is if you get into a fight you have visible bruises for a couple days or you go to a hospital and get it taken care of and it disappears right then or how about when you fight and your eye gets swollen a part of the screen gets faded depending on which eye it's on don't know if it's been discussed but I think it'd be cool to see

i like that concept, maybe adding busted lips or nose bleeds. in the second trailer when Trevor slammed that guys head on that counter there was a blood spurt, so that leaves hope.

Exactly it'd add enough realism for me but not interfere so much with the actual game play, so hope to see it even if it'd just simple bruising doesn't have to be complex
