I know some or most might disagree. but they should bring a tank. if they are bringing the hydra or any similar plane, they might as well include a tank and a swat riot tank that shoots water. lol yeah we had some mad fan with the fire truck I remember playing with some friends... we all go in the firetruck, I splashed the desired target, then they all got off the truck and jump that fool with kicks until he was dead lol. people used to get really pissed of at that.
I would also like to see some sort of big ship like the one in the TBGT to be drive-able

Of course the sale figures were high, gamers love the GTA series from 3 - SA. But I feel like many others do feel it wasnt good enough . Storyline was only eh. What was there much to do after the storyline? Next to nada. The map was small, no ability to buy safehouses, not a very big selection on cars just because of what your driving. Almost like they didnt put much effort into that game. At least lets just say there were no improvements from SA.
all "you people" seem to be forgeting about the multiplayer which was way more of a feature than sucking dick in a gym. you could just do so much on multiplayer.

I never used cheats, I hate them, I always remember joining a match in SR3 for example and always the little pussies were using cheat, there was this dude one time that told me.... I use cheats cuz I keep dying, I was like wtf you suck at the game then, if you need cheat assistance you are a handicap, cheats should only be used for the fun factor at the end of 100% completion

after checking my email just now, i was sent invites... so the invite message in the social club message box is not giving me an option, or psy has sent me two requests to join shortly after i asked to join each time, still containing no option to join... i feel like i am in the twilight zone, i have no idea what's going on...
well hopefully when R* has it sorted out I can join. I am also experiencing the same thing.

360, for the online. Right now i have gta IV for ps3 and 360 tho.
I own a ps3 and not a 360, of course if I was a dumb fanboy I would tell you to fuck off for no reason....
but I am not a fanboy.
in my experience gtaiv online (for ps3) blew fucking monkey balls, it was decent enough to get connected with a bunch of people but we had common problems, such as having too many friends wouldnt allow you to invite some of your friends onto the game (they would appear either online, or as if they were not playing gta) and successive disconnections from not having the proper NAT. or the common lag when either too much shit was happening or someone joined the match.
luckily this will be improved in v.
I am pretty sure the xbox version didn't run into these problems...
I am pretty sure (someone that owns a 360 confirm) the 360 version didn't run into most of these problems, but there was the occasional hackers.
both consoles have both pros and cons.

No, but you could hide. Taking cover behind the dumpster in an alley as the cops drive by is still hiding. You could also drive like a ped while the cops are searching for you to make it much harder for them to notice you.
that is true, and you could also switch cars and remain hidden, unless directly noticed by a cop, but this was somewhat not working very well on multiplayer.

Well, I think it would be awesome to have a weapon wheel but not in GTA 5. Its just not them. Sorry but i think you understand.
RDR made a lot of improvements to the GTA template, the weapon wheel included. The free aim mechanic was also excellent, whereas in IV it was impractical.
I'd hope that GTA V keeps these modifications. I think Rockstar's smart enough to see that.

what I noticed in iv was that while hiding; meaning behind an object that completely covers your body and head, police would not notice you, now if you came in the radius of detection which is circular and not at a fixed angle, you would be detected. So while you where behind cover, and logically there was literally no way for police to see you, they wouldn't but if one bit of your body came in contact with their 360 radius of sight, then you would be chased after, this can be most observed by looking at the stars on top.
hopefully these mechanics will improve in v, to a more realistic scenario where there is a fixed angle on the head of the AI, which will include direction of head. then it wouldn't be as fucked up as getting a wanted star for aiming your gun at a policeman who isn't even facing the gun.

I hope their smarter and more realistic but use less force e.g. dont try shot you to death on a two star wanted level. Use tasers and other equipment and give fines on 1 & 2 stars if its a driving arrest

you made a clear point. I asked many of the people (while playing this fucking stupid game which I hate, but I still play called MW3) if they were going to buy gta v, and they either don't have any idea wtf I am talking about, didn't like the gta iv, or they are not into these types of games.

I am assuming the same, either the glock, the 92f or a gun very similar to the USP, but coming to think of it, the glock has been one of the most used guns on gta games, not only that, but law enforcement seems to use it as well, although it seems like the 92f is more of a preferred options for LAPD (lspd in this case)

I am on the same ratio level 50 with a 3.01 k/d ratio.
multiplayer is total shit. it is very disappointing on how I got frozen my ps3 5 in a day and got booted 8 times, after that I stopped playing max payne.
here is my analyses for those wondering how multiplayer is.
for those who disagree, I apologize if this opinion gives you a grudge against me
every cocksucker is using either the mini30, dual pistols or dual uzis.
the machineguns or better yet assault riffles are way too underpowered
the submachineguns are way overpowered to be using 9mm and 45acp while obviously a 357 would do more damage.
This is also a problem when it comes to uzis. real life uzis are very realible and accurate guns, but this does not account to the cousin shorter barrel version mini uzis and mac10 specially if you are dual wielding it, at close range it suppose to do a lot of damage and have a lot of spread, but I have shot the duals from across the map and still kill someone, this is ridiculous.
wtf the matter with the FAL it barely holds 20 rounds. they should at least make the gun a little more powerful.
the mini30 is supposed to be a caribine rifle that shoots 5.56x54mm bullets, I understand that this is a powerful bullet, but lord the gun shoots way to fast and it has too much of range, almost as a sniper rifle. they might as well make it a sniper bolt action rifle if is going to do that much damage.
dual wielding is a major problem in this game, it is almost as call of duty bad. this game forces you to use dual weapons if you are carrying a handgun, since they both have the same stats no accuracy or range is affected by this, which is very unrealistic, I have killed people with dual guns from across the map. the only drawback of using dual pistols is running out of ammo faster, but seriously there are so many bodies in a game match that looting for ammo is never a problem.
shotguns have a really good range, but the damage is the problem, most shotguns kill with 2 to 3 shots, usually if you shoot someone at close range with a shotgun he can say byebye to his limbs, but this is not the case in mp3, shotguns do the same damage at far and short distances. (excluding the first shotgun which does way too much damage)
the g6 is one of the last assault riffles you get once you reach level 40, it is as useless as the fal, the only good thing about it is the range.
now what is the problem, all guns have some drawback, with one exception, the mini 30, it holds and incredible amount of ammo, and you are dead usually in 3 shots, I gotten killed with 2 shots wearing a heavy armor (and they were shots to the finger, go figure). so what is the point of all the other guns, if most morons are using the most overpowered gun, I had a game once that everyone was using the mini30, and I am not exaggerating.
the armors are somewhat under-powered or not properly representative of a real life armor.
the heaviest armor is supposed to literally stop 9mm bullets. but I gotten killed with to or 3 shots to the chest with a m9.
the glock is among one of the most under-powered guns and is the last one you get. the accuracy of this gun is terrible and so is the range, it runs out of ammo in less than 2 seconds. and it takes you a whole clip to kill someone, what is the point of unlocking it at level 40? you cannot even put a silencer on it.
I have tested most of these problems with friends over private matches, to take away the biased factors out of the equation. but yeah this is multiplayer for max payne, a payne in the ass.
anyhow I was wondering if anyone would be interested in adding me as friends I want to kind of enjoy multiplayer a little more, by going on private matches, where we can set our own rules.
